Google Inc. has been scanning books in libraries making them available on the internet without previous consent by the authors. US American publishers and a writers’ association against this violation of the law. The settlement between Google and them is unfair, inappropriate and unreasonable. And also it will threaten the stability and diversity of publishing distribution, which are essential for the protection of the freedom of speech and expression; against the spirit of Japan’s copyright laws as well as the First Amendment.

We study the role of mediator of others in MIKI so as to examine the contradiction of the reference to genius between the Logic of Imagination (1939/1946) and the Philosophical Note (1941). Through this examination, we conclude that this contradiction reflects the position of MIKI as the writing editor.
