The changes to globalization are remarkable at the various aspects of politics, economy, and society. It is an intention which is originally going to carry out regional integration of currency, social security, education, working, administration of justice, political integration, etc. which are the exclusive responsibility of a country, and it is going to standardize, promoting the global standard which crossed the border and also maintaining nationality and a race. There are EU and TPP as a typical example.
As a result, various cultural differences, such as age, an illness, capability, school education and sex difference, are produced. In these various differences, uniquely, only language is directly linked with a race and the positive preservation as a multilingual principle is made. The management Japanese-language-education system which becomes a hint of important solution was considered.

Four simple numerical formulae of "Model of Lattice Structure" (MLS)expresses dynamics of "constant circulation" in which natural non-equilibrium open systems, including human brain, deviate from the balance of energy at the critical point and return to it.
MLS is a fundamental model of "complementary criticality", and it is applied to "Dynamic Model of Human Brain to Process Information" (DMHB) for constructing DMHB's core concept. DMHB expresses complementarily critical order of the cognitive neural- networks in human brain constructively, complementarily critical order in which self-organization of information is attained dynamically.
The formation and application of human knowledge is realized in the process of the dynamics of complementarily critical self-organization.

Through the 20th century, mankind had experienced three tragic totalitarian systems which are called Nazism, militarism and communism. On the other hand, in the age of Ikeda Cabinet in Japan, the second half of 20th century, Japan created a high level of economic growth in a short time by carrying out a income - doubling plan unanimously and freely. Compared with these totalitarians considering demands of age about environmental problem and security, mankind was found to stand at the entrance of a large scale of the social revolution that we have a view of the world in common and realize it without excluding part of mankind, raising revolution, security depending on genocidal weapons and neglecting individual sovereignty which must start toward a sustainable economic action aiming at maintaining environmental preservation.
Moreover the action of N.Korea was found to be inversely to these demands of age.

The locations of historical Japanese castles are positioned on the web along geographic and time coordinates. The work was initiated with the objectives of the possible opening up of new viewpoints and gaining of knowledge by controlling time in order to allocate the castles from their emergence to their disappearance on a map. As references in web implementations, for example, there is the Cultural Heritage Online in Japan. The site has postings of the current cultural heritages. In the present work, historical buildings which are the castles are saved along geographic and time coordinates. In order to represent them on the web, the content is described by using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. The representations have been made using responsive web design to support the output size for the monitor.

English abstract: In the Library and Information Science class, the Author have students write and edit Wikipedia articles. Groups of 5-6 students each chose an article topic, and created a Wikipedia article with a pre-registered account. Since 2007, 25 articles were created including two edits of existing articles. Among them, four new articles were later removed, and two edits were deleted, but the rest are still alive. A survey of students revealed that many were surprised how easy to edit Wikipedia articles. A survey of teachers about the use of Wikipedia was described, too.

A trial for the development of math-science educational materials is presented. Most of the natural phenomena can be expressed in mathematical equations and the equations help systematic understanding of the phenomena. However, for students without a solid background of elementary mathematics, it is difficult to comprehend the natural phenomena through equations. We, therefore, developed a material that assists understanding of the natural phenomena not through equations but through simulations on the web. The materials may help attract high school students to sciences who tend to avoid sciences due to the superficial difficulty. The material presented here simulates the growth of Escherichia coli, one of the well-studied bacteria. The material will accept changes in parameters for the growth conditions by the users and visualize the impact of the change on the web. This functionality may also contribute to the elementary understanding of biotechnology.

Children's newspapers are specifically prepared for children. The first such newspaper in Japan is said to be, "Kodomo Shinbun", launched in 1876. The history of children's newspapers was discussed based on archives of the Japan Newspaper Museum (Yokohama), and other sources. The article types were compared between 16 archival papers pictured at the Museum, and 23 current papers collected by the Author. The selected article types were: news, school reports, amusements, study, advertisements, and war articles (for papers during the war period). The article types, styles, and added rubies were common for both current papers and archival papers. But it looks like the current papers have more "study" articles and less "amusement" articles than archival papers.

The Digital Native Generation consists of those who were born and grown up,being surrounded by the Internet and personal computers, and who feel naturally living with them, use them without any hesitation. They show specific differences from their former generation and it is important to provide them with instructions of a new type when they are involved in educational systems. We focused on the features of them while doing tasks at university, searching information on the web with an explicit instruction to use the Internet and we investigated the changes of the volume and variety of their vocabulary as part of their knowledge before and after the tasks. We had two classes to make researches on; CLASS W was given an instruction to search on the web and CLASS L was given an instruction to search books in the library. These instructions were explicitly told every time during the whole course from April to December in 2012. The results showed that those two classes had had different features about their ‘Word association' task (the average mark: CLASS W-pre 6.9,post 13.2; CLASS L-pre 5.8,post 9.7).

In order to digitize structures of stories and to store those into some database, it is promising that the plot, which has been utilized in narratology, becomes a unit of the structures of stories. The plots are composed of the functions of the story, though it is difficult to unify the granularity of those functions. Therefore this paper proposed to define the structures of stories, which include plots, as multi-layer and recursive structure. Further, the actant theory was utilized in order to describe and to pattern more complex relationships of characters in stories. Also it was pointed out that there is the possibility of describing generic and more detail structure of stories, by describing the nature of the relationship between each actants according to purpose of each person, each function in the plot.

A land and house investigator is a holder of the national qualification as an investigator who, by the request of others, examines and surveys such matters as where lands and houses are located, and in what form, as well as how they are being utilized, and carries out tasks such as the production of drawings and the procedure of application for registration regarding the description of real property. And, although the holder of the qualification is familiar to citizens as it is possible to casually consult the holder as a consultant about problems, or troubles with neighbors, in life scenes and production sites of land, buildings, roads and local areas, the current reality is that the recognition by citizens is not so high because of such reasons as the obscureness of the naming of the land and house investigator. Thus, in this paper, the role and historical development of the land and house investigator will be discussed by looking back at its history and at various instituted systems. Further, an outline and perspective of ADR (Boundary Dispute Consultation Center) by Land and House Investigators' Associations in collaboration with lawyers, which were born amidst the currents of reform of the judicial system, will be discussed also.

The Real Estate is important property in narrow Japan, and its conjugation consist a base imformation of any industrials. It means the conjugation and management of cadastre is important tasks as governmental and personal. Cadastral information includes geodesic numerical value, legal rights, and compositive information such as each archival records. Cadastre has been researched by 2 ways which are geodesic and legal with a basically chemistry, because its traditional researching were divided into arts course and science course at Japanese colleges in the past. In addition, some tasks of cadastre are coming up from experiences of Hanshin Big Earthquake and Tohoku Big Earthquake 2 years ago.
Which is the problems of boundaries removing and object for rights, and another one is the problem about cutting down damages by a disaster and protecting our life from a disaster. Land and house investigator is active in property registration in Japan, and recently draw attention as the legal professtional of surveying who have knowledge of cadastre. Land and house investigator who ordinally survey at the field and consider the legal problems assume a role of connecting between jurisprudence and surveying.Earth crust moved 5.85m max to south east, went down -1.14m because of this disaster. We can manage the movement value because of we defined values of movement and its angle as a geodesic numerical value by re-surveying primary control marks, and Ministry of Justice published the policy about land moving. But we have had no clear answer yet about rights problem which are getting out on affected properties. We found that neglect histrial obuject as cadastral marks, geographical name (ex. village name), and traditional stories about the land, which are important cadastral information. Japanese academic society researched a only part of cadastre in the past. For Preparing for new disasters we know will come, and keeping up new spatial data, I believe researching about Japanese cadastre should have bigger range of knowledge, we should think about this compositive cadastre more at the JSIK.

This article discusses some methods for a systematization of cadastral information as a knowledge infrastructure to promote effective use of them from two approaches. One approach is ontological engineering and the other is Linked Open Data (LOD). Ontologies clarify concepts that appear in the target domains and provide methods to systematize knowledge in a format which are readable for both of human and machine. Therefore, they contribute to improvement of interoperability of cadastral information. On the other hand, Linked Open Data is a technique to publish data on the Web. It provides a method for linking data each other and aims to create a new value through the linked data. To link cadastral information with other open data could promote useful use of them.

The cadastre are the information of properties (boundaries, Area, and its details of process) and the rights information (ownerships, occupations, mortgages, regulations, and rules) on land administration. Japan is island country. There for we don't have any borders on our land with other countries. Which made Japanese cadastre system very specialized.

This report examines how the trace of natural disasters such as "Massive tsunami of Meiwa" in 1771 was recorded on the cadastral maps and cadasters produced by "The land arrangement enterprise" from around 1899 in Okinawa Prefecture which remain in Miyako and Yaeyama Islands especially. In Tarama Island, for example, these cadastral maps and cadasters show the structure of village with town planning and forest belt which has been called "Po-gu" around housing lands and farmlands can be seen clearly in the flooded district by "Massive tsunami of Meiwa". Moreover, many of land owners who lived in the flooded district had owned farmland on the hills far distantly from residences of them. Although it is often indicated that forest belt had been maintained for "protection-against-wind" function and and that their unnatural possession of farmland was formed on the unique history of colony movement in Okinawa, it is also assumed a possibility that such a structure of village was built by the memories and the measures against "Massive tsunami of Meiwa".
