ジャーナル フリーColpomicroscopy is a kind of microccopy to detect eary cancer of the cervix. The author studied cellular changes including number of nuclear and morphological cellular aspects from various points of views day by day using colpomicroscopy (125 times) .
At the same time the author compared those findings as above mentioned with clinical functional state of the ovary.
Judging from the cellular changes in the cervix, microscopy is very sueful to estimate accurate ovulation and also worthy of careful judgement about sexual cycle.
As colpomicroscopy is easy to handle and be able to follow daily epitheliar changes in the cervix, it will be more valuable to method for an alyziry real functional state of the ovary.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (7433K) -

ジャーナル フリーThe author studied hemodynamic changes and its relationship with bradyklnin like substance in blood in Dumping syndrome.
The results obtained as follows
1) The cases are divided into following four groups.
A group : 38 cases before gastrectomy
B group : 145 cases without any complaints after gastrectomy
C group : 11 cases with complaints except Dumping syndrome
D group : 57 cases with Dumping syndrome
The author measured circulatory serous volume in each group after test meal. The results showed that there are no change in group A, less decrease in group B, some decrease in group C, and much decrease in group D.
2) Analyzing these data in Dumping syndrome, it is reasonable to set R≥85 for decrease in the circulating serous volume.
3) In group C and D, great increase of the peipheral blood flow was observed by pletysmography. Especially in group D, maximum rate was obtained 30 min, later after meal.
4) The author studied SIR rate in relation between circulating serous volume and peripheral blood flow. No change was observed in group A and B, but some increase in group C with time was also observed. Maximum rate was obtained in group D 30 min, later after meal.
5) Maximum change in puls was obtained in group C (15 min, later after meal) and D (30 min, later after meal) .
6) In relation between circulating blood flow and puls, great change was noticed in group D.
7) On bradykinin like substance in blood, there are tendency of decrease in group B, however of increase in group D. This suggests that bradykinin like substance in blood takes great part in cause of Dumping syndrome.
8) In relation between bradykinin like substance and circulating serous volume, increase of the former makes decrease of the latter.
9) In relation between bradykinin like substance in blood and peripheral blood flow, there are no meaning statistically.
10) In relation between bradykinin like substance in blood and blood pressure, there are no meaning statistically.
11) In relation between bradykinin like substance in blood and puls, there are no meaning statistically.
As above mentioned, hemodynamic changes cause great effects in Dumping syndrome. There are decrease of circulating serous volume, blood pressure and increase of peripheral blood flow, and puls., however ther are some constant tendency in those changes. ジャーナル フリーIn the course of operations of the organs contained in the pelvis, especially in gynecologic operations, it is anticipated that the urogenital system may be injured by such operations.
The bladder and the lower ureters, among other things, appear to be easily injured by the gynecologic operations.
We have recently noted three cases of bilateral ureteral stenosis resulted from the gynecological operations.

ジャーナル フリーThree autopsy cases of the amyotrophic lateral sclerosis were described.
In case I, hemorrhage of the frontal lobe, and in case II, slight atrophy of the bilateral frontal lobes were prosented, but in case III, no remarkable change.
In these three cases, histopathological picture in the nervous system were characterized by diffuse demyelination of the anterolateral columns of the spinal cord, degeneration and atrophy of the anterior horn cells.
These cases were considered to be of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis because of combined degeneration of both the upper and lower motor systems associated with muscular denervation atrophy.
From these findings, a few relevant literatures are reviewed and etiology and pathogenesis of the lesions are descussed.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (11513K) -
