    The dispersion relation and eigen vectors for waves which propagate through plasmas at certain angle to the external magnetic field are computed, using QR method for the matrix. This is included in secular equation which is deduced from the plain wave analysis of the linearized NED and Maxwell's equations.
    There exist six independent waves, when the average velocity of each species of the plasma is zero. The wave branches are shown in the broad range of the wave number for different angles. The dispersion relation and cut off frequencies are different from those given by the electrostatic approximation due to the finite β effect when the phase velocity of the wave approaches the light velocity. The cut off frequencies of such waves are found to be independent of the direction of external magnetic field. The ranges of the wave number, where the upper or lower hybrid resonance frequency exists, becomes narrow due to temperature and finite β effects.
    Furthermore, the wave number dependency of eigen vectors, which belong to ion acoustic, ion cyclotron, upper hybrid and lower hybrid waves, is computed and the results thus obtained are displayed. Then, the relative ratio of energy among ocillating quantities, such as the electric field, magnetic field, density and velocity of each species, can be understood. These results also suggest the efficient wave excitation and ion heating.
