The 2D-pattern of the developable curved surface (concentrated Gaussian curvature Kc = 0) was created from the 3D-body of the non-developable curved surface (Kc ≠ 0) with the flattening triangular mesh of the 3D-dummy curved surface constructing the 3D convex hull, using the finite element method. We have made it possible to geometrically compare the dimensional changes from the 3D-body to the 2D-pattern curved surface shapes using the Kc and concentrated geodesic curvature kc by using the "angles" in the 349 adult females. Numerical results confirmed in the front parts that the Kc values of the 3D-body significantly changed to the Kc = 0 in the 2D-pattern. The 2D-pattern curved surface shapes were displayed by the kc of the curved surface shapes. The 349 models were classified into two groups, making it easy to create the 2D-pattern from the 3D-body curved surface shapes, and four groups with higher kc and kc Gap values, making it difficult to create the 2D-pattern from the 3D-body curved surface shapes using cluster analysis. The left-right differences were particularly evident in the underarm parts in the front and back. Before designing and producing clothing, the features of the 3D-body curved surface shape, 3D-dummy curved surface shape, and 2D-pattern curved surface shape are displayed using the 3D-colored maps and forms, allowing them to be checked simultaneously.
