Preliminary experiments on Perfluorocompounds (PFCs) separation have been performed by Continuous Circulation Chromatograph method (C
3 method) which was developed for the separation of H2/He mixed gas in a fuel cycle of the fusion reactor. In these experiments, an activated carbon was selected for the adsorbent material. In addition, CF
4/ NF3 mixed gas and N2 were used as an inlet sample gas and a carrier gas, respectively. From the results of once-through experiments on CF
4/NF
3 mixed gas, it was confirmed that the mixed gas was separated into each gas component with more than 99% purity at a room temperature and below an atmospheric pressure. The results of the experiments for parameter fitting are also described.
