Al bonding in the air with Cu, Sn and Zn was investigated in this paper. Sn insert metal is not available at 883K over melting point of Sn. Otherwise Cu and Zn are available for bonding in the air. Nominal tensile stress of bonded specimen inserted Zn was about 40MPa.
