In 2000, the Japanese nursing care system shifted from a publicly operated one to one that includes private care facilities.
Our company is one of these.“Kunugi no Mori Welfare Facility” and “Group Home Komorebi no Ie”operate with the philosophy of “helping each individual live a fulfilling life every day to the end”, and has continued this for almost 20 years in Kashima.
Our goal is to support our residents through unique measures such as “building ingenuity”, “safety measures”, “commitment to food”, and “mental health support for dementia patients”.
In 2025, all the baby boomers in Japan will be 75 or older and ten years later, by 2035, their numbers will start to decline.
