On the journey of life, there were encounters with a variety of people, and that encounter created a new life.

My encounter with Mongolia, which started on my journey, eventually resulted in nine affiliated companies as JAMOGROUP, which could greatly contribute to the happiness of Mongolia and Mongolians, and also enriched my life I was able to.

This is the treasure that my journey has given me.

I look forward to enlightening many people, especially the younger generation, with this experiential experiment.

In 2000, the Japanese nursing care system shifted from a publicly operated one to one that includes private care facilities.

Our company is one of these.“Kunugi no Mori Welfare Facility” and “Group Home Komorebi no Ie”operate with the philosophy of “helping each individual live a fulfilling life every day to the end”, and has continued this for almost 20 years in Kashima.

Our goal is to support our residents through unique measures such as “building ingenuity”, “safety measures”, “commitment to food”, and “mental health support for dementia patients”.

In 2025, all the baby boomers in Japan will be 75 or older and ten years later, by 2035, their numbers will start to decline.

In this paper, we raise issues such as these that the nursing care business will face in the future.

In an era when most in Japan will live to be 100, our company strives to provide the best care now and in the many years to come.

Five years have already passed since local revitalization was raised as a Japanese policy. Despite the boom that is said to be the longest after the war and the tailwind of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, many Japanese citizens living in local cities have not been able to realize the boom.

As an effort to regenerate the Tone Numata area, it is important to first understand their strengths. On top of that, we will turn our strengths into blood and appeal to the people. From there, by proactively providing a safe, secure, inexpensive and comfortable living environment to those who want an I-turn or U-turn, it is possible to encourage people to move from the Tokyo metropolitan area to this attractive Tone Numata area. it can.

In this paper, I will introduce examples of urban and regional exchange activities that I have been working on, and introduce the knowledge obtained through the experience. It is important for urban and regional exchange producers to build relationships of trust with local residents based on their local experiences, and design interactions with companies and individuals in urban areas.

Continuing the exchange will have a significant impact on the revival of the local agricultural and forestry business. What is important in this exchange is that both cities and regions have equal positions.

There is “Anthropocene” as the word which indicates the phase on which the mankind has the important influence which puts global environment and expresses a geology like new epoch. How should an area correspond to global risk in this new epoch.

“Anthripocene” will expand the interaction of the environment like pluralism with man. How is an area placed at the time when the cyber space of IoT and DX (digital transformation) connects with a global network beyond the geographical restrictions.

This time, It was considered about the state of the change in an area at the metamorphoses inside of the world as “Anthropocene” with a smart city (technical apparatus as a city), life log (digital freedom and right) and an offset (financial ecology) as the keyword.

As a result, we named the matrix for mapping the unknown era “CHI-IKI”, and concluded that the Communal hub function “OpenAlley” was important for resilient regional regeneration as the actor.

In this paper, we report on a case study of launching and operating an educational project to support Cambodian human resources who wish to work and work in Japan. It is also reported that this educational project contributes not only to the economic effect to the region and to the vitalization of the region, but also to the vitalization of the region.

A country that sends out human resources and a country that accepts human resources through a sustainable ecosystem of recyclable human resources becomes a win-win relationship, and gains the value and benefits of nurturing overseas human resources.

Currently specific skilled foreign nationals have started to be accepted in Japan. In the future, acquisition of workers not only from the developing countries where Japanese construction companies are entering the market, but also from least developed countries where the actual conditions of workers at construction sites are unclear will also be considered. This research involved the actual condition of the construction workers in Bangladesh with the aim of clarifying the actual situation of workers’ education on construction sites. It was found that workers’ education has been provided by the employer side and several workers acquire skills through the long-term work experience. Conversely the barriers that the worker actually faces in the construction stage is the design document prepared in English, which prevents them to understand the construction-related drawings. Although such problem is solved by close communication with construction management team, it can be said that there is an advantage in the acquisition of English where English is often used in higher education despite being a foreign language in the developing countries. When considering the acquisition of these workers to Japan construction market in the future, it can be said that the conditions for Japanese language capabilities may be a barrier to the market expansion of construction workers.

Chapter 6 of “Engineering Brands” series is “Raising the Enterprise Value of Software Houses.” It is difficult to differentiate intangible assets like software. The chapter analyzes how software houses could build their engineering brands.

Furthermore, I’d like to report some findings on characterizations of software houses. Many of the software houses engage in software development that is hard to demonstrate distinctions. Because software development is intangible in nature, it is not easy to evaluate products and determine characteristics.

That said, there are some system houses that have successfully convey company concepts and distinguished themselves from their competitors. These cases show how they communicate their engineering strengths and characters and implement the corporate strategies in the course of engineering branding.

This study applies the macro model of SDGs-age service innovation presented in our first paper to shed light on the potential of sustainable tourism for social innovation and regional revitalization. Tourism is presented according to our framework as a service creating economic, social and/or esthetic value for the local society by integrating local natural and cultural/human (artificial) resources towards providing attractive tourist experiences. The study illustrates the scope of the service system for value (co-) creation involving multiple stakeholders in a local ecosystem. The framework and servicesystem scope are demonstrated on examples of actual innovative tourism projects in Japan and Slovenia benefiting from transdisciplinary collaboration of service scholars and practitioners, such as the AIRTH (The Alliance for Innovators and Researchers in Tourism Studies) international activities.
