Formula Animationis Persicae, Formula Rhei-Moutan, Pilulae Cinnamoni-Hoelen and Pulvis Ligustici-Paeoniae arc known as the prescription for OKETSU (spesific syndrome, canted by the congestion of blood) in the oriental medicine.
We succeeded in manufacturing the pill “KUOKETSUGAN” as the complexed prescription of above-mentioned former three for plethora (stout constitution), and the tablet “CHOKETSUJO” as the complexed prescription of latter two for anaemia (weakconstitution).
It was confirmed that they are clinically very effective and easy to use.

Antyasan is a drug administered for chronic gastric ulcer, with the repeating pain on the epigastrium.
The indication for which this drug is effective is conditioned a sfollows.
1) chronic process, tendency to weakness, mostly atonic codstitution.
2) chilly constitution, stagnation of liquid in the stomach.
3) pulse and abdomen are weak and soft.
4) pulsation by the navel.
Thsu, Antyuran is also effective to the pain by duodenal ulcer, hyperacidity, gastroptosis, chronic gastritis, gastric arteriosclerosis, neural gastralgia, and to the pain on the hypogastric and lumbar region by chronic diseases of the female genitals.
Namely, Antyusan is effective to the Kyo-Kan (negative and cold) condition, but contra indicated to the Jitsu-Netsu (positive and inflammatory) condition in the oriental medicine.

1) The most important problems in clinical dosis of Acupuncture are the relation between the dosis itself and its effects. In refference this subject, we must divide the effects into the primary and secondary effect.
2) The factors of the clinical dosis in Acupuncture are so complicated that we mast classify them according to various view-points. Most of them arc functions which vary with different dharacteristie of diseases. It is necessary to classify and unify the factors into the several types of stimulation.
3) We can see obviously the corelation between the dosis of Acupuncture and its object, the disease, as stated in table 3. Technique of the Acupuncture consists of discovering correspondence between the symptom and its dosis and giving the most appropriate dosis to any condition of symptom.
