Advances in the field of medicine have led to the invention of a vast number of medical devices for various applications. In this study, we hypothesized that hyperbaric and hyperoxic therapy (HBOT) could be used as a training tool in ultra-high intensity exercise training. Our goal was to conduct basic research into the biologic response during acute hyperbaric and hyperoxic (HBO) exposure in order to validate a new training method under such conditions. To achieve this, we measured performance and non-respiratory time during normal and HBO conditions. Our results showed that non-respiratory time significantly increased under HBO conditions. However, acute HBO produced no notable changes in biologic indicators or effective factors such as anaerobic power and exercise due to performance. These results suggest that the increase in non-respiratory time under HBO conditions is perhaps due to peripheral chemoreceptors mediated inhibition of the respiratory reflex.

Biodiversity should be sustained for ecosystem services. Therefore, it is important to include biodiversity as a topic in primary education syllabi. The concept of biotope is now widely taught; however, the original definition has become ambiguous. In some cases, young students are not taught the original meaning of biodiversity. Thus, the objective of this paper is to organized the original definition of biotope,and to reverl the significance of "SATOYAMA".

Hearing sound is one of the five senses and we humans are constantly surrounded by it. From birth through adulthood, we hear sound in the form of music, speech and from nature. Sound is very important for human beings and human activity. Though it is a familiar presence, sound is not properly taught until the first year of junior high. However, because it appears suddenly with difficult content, most junior high school students cannot learn the sound lessons easily and so do not find it interesting. Therefore, in this paper, I will introduce and discuss examples of science activities on the theme of sound which can be enjoyed by pre-elementary school students to junior high school students.

In this report, we describe the process involved in designing a new subject for the teacher training course, its significance, and the challenges faced in developing the course. The new subject, "Educational Administration and Teaching Practice," aims to improve the teacher training system by incorporating into it the knowledge and experience of the teaching faculty.

In this report, we revealed that it is possible to enhance the effects of teaching practice through "cooperation between high schools and universities." For successful cooperation, two factors are essential. First, the high school and the university should be located in close proximity, preferably in the same area. Second, both the high school and university teachers should possess a competent understanding of cadet teachers. The high school and university teachers should be familiar with students to be able to dispense effective advice.
