Purpose: Focusing on the left hand, which is the fixed hand when operating a knife, the aim was to clarify the relationship between knife movement and lower limb load transfer.

Method: The subjects were 8 students . The experimental equipment used was a three-dimensional motion analysis device (VICON) manufactured by OXFORD Metrics and a floor reaction force meter. The knife was held in a full grip type, and the width of the feet was the same as the subject's shoulder width. The left upper limb was placed in four ways: [with immobilization], [on a table], [without immobilization], and [arm sling], and the thickness of all tasks was adjusted to approximately 5 mm to match the speed of the metronome (60 times/min). I cut 10 pieces.

Results Regarding the left-right variation in COP, a significant change in load from the right lower limb to the left lower limb was observed in the case with fixed hands compared to the other three groups. Regarding the longitudinal variation of COP, a significant change in load was observed when using a fixed hand compared to using an arm sling.
