The nutrient intake condition of 31 female students in Department of Medical Technology, Kochi Gakuen College were surveyed by using a self-administered diet history questionnaire. As a result, the subject's sufficiency rate for intake energy, protein, lipid and carbohydrate were 85%, 86%, 105% and 76%, respectively. In addition, the sufficiency rate for vitamin A, vitamin B_1, vitamin B_2 and vitamin C were 85%, 75%, 90% and 84%, respectively. On the other hand, the sufficiency rate for calcium and iron were 58% and 53% respectively, which were significantly lower than the expected general mean rate. The result of this survey showed that the nutrient intake condition of female students in Department of Medical Technology, Kochi Gakuen College were lower than that of the female students in the nourishment-related department. Therefore, the nourishment education to the students may be necessary.
