A [
1H,
13C] TROSY method for unlabeled polyfluorenes was established using high-field (600–900 MHz) instruments. The line width of [
1H,
13C] TROSY depended very little on the molecular weight of the polymer as well as magnetic field strength. Suppression of
1H peaks which were bound to
12C atoms was sufficient to utilize unlabeled samples. It was found that [
1H,
13C] TROSY prevents the broadening of NMR peaks which is one of the biggest problems to obtain high resolution NMR spectra of high molecular weight (>10
5 g/mol) polymers. This result indicates that [
1H,
13C] TROSY can be applied to unlabeled and high molecular weight synthetic polymers.
