Toshikage Hyoryu-Tan is a mythological story about the ancestors in a family that deifies "Koto". A son of a god takes a trip to his mother's country and is given a "Koto", the sacred instrument. This instrument, as promised, makes him the ancestor god of the family. "Koto" symbolizes the fact that prosperity will come to the family. This story describes the beginning of a family and explains that the center of the wrold has been transferred from the nation to the family. It also represents the family-centered world in the long story, Utsuho.
