The authpr has conducted the experimental studies on VB dificiency rabbits under theinfluence of the absorption of fat by means of sodium sulfite titration and pyruvic acidquantity.
The results obtained were as follows.
    1) The rabbits which were fed with cleaned rice and fat induced the decrease of drippingcounts by sodium sulfite titration, but the decrease of those among the groups ofrabbits received fat distinctly the delay as compared with the controls, the author fromthis found that fat would saved VB.
    2) The days till to their paralyses and deaths among the groups of rabbits recieved fattook longer as compared with the controls.
    3) The pyruvic acid quantities showed the increase in symmetrical with the decreaseof the sodium sulfite titer, and snowed the increase up to 113% among the oontrol groups, while in the groups of rabbits recieved fat showed the increase up to 82% in four weeks.

The author has conducted tr e subsidiary examination and the evaluation of malignolipinassay in the diangnosis of cancer.
    1) It was found that a fair number of cases was impossible to decide as a result ofmalignolipin assay, if it was performed only once by the original method. It was observedthat by definite examination of malignolipin in 43 cancer patients, 39 cases were pasitive, 2 cases were negative, none was impossible to decide and 2 cases were neglected for furtherexamination. In 68 cases without cancer, 7 cases were positive, 58 cases were negative, none was impossible to decide and 3 cases (which impossible to decide) leaved were notexamined again.
    2) If the samples of this examination are reserved appropriately, it is possible to examinefor three months.
    3) On a staye of experiments, when water or aldehyde are combined with sample orgiving inappropriate evapolation and drying to it, it will greatly influence on chromatogram.
    4) The auther devised a new transformed method for the examinations mentionedabove. It is supposed that this new transformed method is useful for the diagnosis ofcancer in comparison with original method, because it aquired a satisfactory result andthere are few cases which are impossible to determine.

    I Roentgenological findings on cholecystopathy
The author has tried the roentgenological examination in the case of Cholecystopathy. The results obtained were as follows: dilatation of the gallbladder (54.4-100%), normalsize (25-41%), abnormally contracted (below 10%). The dysfunction of the gallbladdercontraction was found from 50 to 82.3% in the cases of dilatation of the gallbladder andfrom 33.3 to 50% were found in the cases of normal size. The cases of the dysfunction were found higher especially in the cases of gallstones.
II The relationship between cholecystopathy and tne common cold group, especiallythe relationship between virus infections.
The menifestations of a common cold was found more than half of the patients withcholecystopathy, especially it was high in the hepatitic gallbladder, and was indicated68%. In the 42 cases with a common cold; by Hirst test, 2 cases (47%) were found aspositive 3 cases (7.1%) were doubtful, and in cold hemagglutination, 4 cases (9.4%) werepositive. In those positive cases, the liver was almost functionally disordered.
III On the functional disorder of the liver in cholecystopathy.
The positive rate of the functional disorder of the liver in cholecystopathy was 95.4%in the hepatitic cholecystopathy, 100% in the gallstones, 58.3% in the migration of ascarisin the biliary duct, 82.4% in the bacterial cholecystopathy, 56.6% in the non-bacterialcholecystopathy.

The author has examined the tender point (K. M-point named by Prof. Kudo) whichalways being at the front abdominal wall of the patients in the case of stomach ulcerand obtained results were as follows.
    1) The position of K. M-point is obtained as follows:
Taking the center between at the nabel and processus ensiformis, draw a median lineover the laternal line crossing it, thus divide the front abdominal wall into four angles.
The position will be found on a bisector of the left upper and lower angles by 2 to 3cm distance from the center point and is easily examined by abdominal palpation. Theauthor has recognized positive response at the upper point in upper stomach ulcer andalso positive reponse at the lower point in lower stomach ulcer.
    2) It has recognized that 74% positive of K. M-point by Kudo's lying. position.
    3) It is presumed that the point is under the change of 6th, 7th, 8th left thoracicnerves.
    4) It is presumed that K. M-point will be ceased 1.1 weeks earlier than the test ofOnodera's point by proper internal treatment.
    5) In diagnosing those, it is believed that it may add a further efficacy if taking allthe other tests of thoracic, abdominal, Onodera's point, M. T-point (named by Mito) atthe same time with proper manupulation.
