Recurrent frontal sinusitis is generally divided into two types, early and delayed, according to the time of manifestation of the recurrence of the disease. The incomplete opening of the ethmoid sinus, as well as leaving the mucosa within the frontal sinus, turned out to play a significant role in developing the postoperative recurrence of frontal sinusitis. The time of manifestation of the recurrence should be take into consideration in this disease, being associated with that of reinfection of the regenerated tissue in the ethmoid sinus.
The present paper deals with the main histopathological changes shown in the region of the mucosa left in the previously operated sinus. The operation findings were referred in each case of the materials presented here, to disclose the facorite site of the left mucosa in the sinus. The differential diagnosis was also considered here, between the recurrent frontal sinusitis and the case of paroxysmal pain of the frontal region with had been almost indistinguishable from the sinusitis, based on our clinical materials.
For the treatment of the disease, it is of utmost importance to make a thorough investigation of discovering the cause of the recurrence, although the changes in the sinus observed at reoperations were revealed to show marked variations of complexity. However, it appears that the presence of the left mucosa in the sinus, regarded as the most significant causative factor, should be taken into account in the first place, while the maintance of opening the fronto-ethmoidal route, as well as the preventive control of infection, assumes merely a secondary importance in the treatment of the disease.
Some cases of the delayed type of recurrent frontal sinusitis, which had underwent reoperations several times, were occasionally misled into “neurosis” at the time of examination. In such a case, it is advisable to make a careful management of control with cooperation of psychiatrist, referring the results of various examinations performed at the same time.

This paper deals with our experiences on the intravenous administration of Eunal to a series of 20 out-patients in our clinic.
Eunal is a non-barbiturate drug of ultra-short acting, characteristic of prominent simplicity in its induction and management for clinical use. Furthermore, this anesthetic agent has no significant side effect, with rapid recovery. The patient was able to return home an hour after operation.
From the above-mentioned facts, the auther gathered that Eunal was the superior agent available for intravenous anesthesia in case of minor operations or examinations of short duration (2-5 minutes), in the way that it proved itself to be a much safer drug than barbiturates previously used.

The treatment of paranasal sinnsitis of children has been generally considered to be a matter of difficulty in its clinical management. The clinical course of this diseases in children is subject to transient changes of general condition or their constitutional tendency compared with that in adults.
The purposes of this paper is to introduce a new therapeutic agent of asthma, namely “Asgen, ” which was revealed to be available for the treatment of sinusitis of children.
The therapy with this drugs was attempted to a series of 32 cases of sinusitis of sinusitis of children by means of peroral administration or nebulizer easily applied for children.
The results of this treatment revealed the drug to be highly effective in five cases (15.6%) and effective in sixteen cases (50%).
The authors also made an investigation of these cases with regard to the pathological aspect of the paransal sinuses and the presence of idiosyncracy.
As a result of this study, this drug was found to be expectable to a considerable extent as a therapeutic agent for patients with relatively marked changes of the sinuses and high idiosycracy, namely, those associated with so-called allergic disease.
