We developed compact digital camera μ720SW which is characterized by “waterproof”, “shockproof”. I comment on technology to realize “3m waterproof” and “1.5m shockproof”.
Nikon D80 is the digital SLR camera in the middle class category, which is mainly targeted and developed for the amateur photo hobbyist. The D80 realizes its image quality, function and usability at quite a high level in the category. Here, we introduce mainly these three features of the D80.

From product planning to sales promotion, we took new approach and achieved the big breakthrough.
In this study, we developed a prototype of a wearable and flexible haptic display taking the muscle load into consideration. First, we built the muscle activation pattern for an action by examining electromyograms of muscle, and the force of the haptic display was generated using this pattern. We developed a wearable haptic suit to constrict the muscle using pneumatically-driven artificial muscle. To confirm the usefulness of this system, an experiment was performed using the developed wearable haptic display for withdrawing behaviours. The results confirmed the force feedback effect of the haptic display.
