A simple technique for aggregating mouse embryos by centrifugation is developed. Aggregates are found to be normal by subsequent development in vitro and by further embryo transfer.
The rabbit serum immunized with the concentrated urine from human adult male contains a specific antibody which reacts with all of the urine samples from adult males of 21-58 years of age tested, but does not react with any urine sample from young males of 3-16 years of age and from females of 2-68 years of age. The antigen in adult male urine which reacts specifically with this antibody is named as adult male-specific antigen, AMSA.
