Welding is a metallurgical operation, and to obtain the good clean weld metal possessing the desirable physical and chemical properties, the suitable control is required. If welding rods of superior quality are used, welding technique is the most important factor that imfluences on properties-of deposited metal The author believes that welding technique should be. performed with considering the transmission of welding heat at the joint.
