     Our company started its operation in 1992 as the first automobile manufacturing plant built outside Aichi prefecture in Toyota Group. Since the beginning of the factory operation in 1992, we have been working toward high-quality and affordable manufacturing with a customer-first mindset. For the TQM, we took over the TQM philosophy cultivated by the Toyota Motor Corporation and have been putting it into practice from the bignning. However, to achieve our vision in accordance with the changing management environment, we found it necessary to improve our organizational capability through our TQM activity in order to achieve our vision. So we renewed our company vision in 2010 (Vision2015)and have been promoting our own TQM activities(.Step1)In 2014, we established TQM promotion department to accelerate our TQM activity further. Consequently, we could achieve our vision and received Deming Prize in 2016. We will continue to develop and promote our unique TQM activity to meet with the management environment change and strive toward the achievement of our future vision.

     The society had been trusted companies/organizations until recently. Some of the companies have been becoming distrusted by the society due to the occurrence of accidents, troubles, and issues in quality assurance. People are not sure whether or how they can trust companies, and vice versa. In order to discuss what can be done for companies to be trusted, this paper tries to clarify the essence of people’s trust in companies/organizations by discussing several aspects of trust. The discussion includes, the definition of trust, the relationship between belief and trust, the role of trust, the relationship between reliability in reliability engineering and trust, dimensions of trust, Salient Value Similarity(SVS)model, the importance of “process” dimension of trust, and the relationship between(quality)assurance and trust. In particular, this paper points out that the “process” dimension is quite important to think about people’s trust in an organization. How we can assure that an organization should be trusted is still an open question.

     Our study groups have been studied for using QMS and audit skill from 2000 to the present.
     Mainly study theme are;
     ・the identification of the audit skill related to revised ISO 9001(2000 and 2015);
     ・an effective way of OMS operation;
     ・an effective way of second parity audit;
     ・integration of management system and ISO 9001.
     We are providing to members of our section for the information of study results. But we have some issues for studies activity, and shall be resolved these. One of these issues is how propose the information of our study activities result. For this reason, we promote communication with our section members, regularly provide information on our study activities and management system standards started in 2017.
     We are considering ways to promote future study based on this reaction.

     Quality problems are crowded with the world.
     Organizations that are experiencing quality problems are not organizations that are not open to quality management, but rather organizations that are rather long.
     It seems that problems will not be solved merely by constructing and operating a quality management system.
     The quality management system is a framework. Does the framework have meaning? Or how can we apply frameworks to face quality problems? The authors are advancing discussions from the perspective of essential application of framework.
     The authors consider the essential application of the quality management system in this paper. And we show the activity situation of the research.

     By ISO 9001 was revised by the year 2015, adding a new competence was required to auditor. In this revision, especially policy management and daily management is becoming important.
     Therefore, thinking it is important that an auditor understand the requirement, our working group determined that should focus on intent of the requirement.
     According to this study activities, our working group made the instruction that identified for check points of audit, the note of audit, and expected knowledge and skills for auditor.
     Also, our working group created the list indicating the relationship between management skills and requirements need to the audit and self-assessment tool for auditor.
     Our working group has published the study report about the results of these study activities.

     It has been 12 years since we began the studies from a viewpoint of the organizations which will be certificated on ISO 9001. Although ISO 9001 is a standard, it is important to incorporate the measure exceeding the mechanisms beyond the standard in structure, in order for organizations to raise competition nature with the other companies. Therefore, we considered the business system models, and have established and promoted the subjects of the studies which are useful for business. The subjects are the promotion method for which the top managements of small and medium-sized enterprises want to use, such as the internal audit, the promotion method for top managements and management representatives, consistency of quality and cost. The basis of the studies are effective promotions of business and a quality management system. So to speak, the studies were mainly as acquisition in advance of 2015 edition of ISO 9001 standard.
     The contents of the standard of 2015 edition was becoming clear in 2014. Then, we change the subjects to “studies of the QMS model of small and medium-sized enterprises”, and come at present. We will continue the studies at the positions of organizations, delve into the small-and-mediumsized-enterprises-oriented promotion method further, and continue to study them from now on.

     TQM has been systemized and established as a technique to visualize problems at worksites and management challenges in all segments of the industry and to solve them. It is unfortunate that major problems that are labeled slipshod QC and MS practices have taken place recently with representative leading companies of Japan, namely, Companies T, N, K and S. The phrase “Quality problems are fatal problems to companies” has been repeated many times throughout the years. What is needed today is dynamic and robust management that exercises strong governance at worksites and that implements dynamic measures in advance before a problem takes place, instead of falling behind and taking actions after a problem occurs. This article outlines the systematization of the seven scientific and proactive tools(SENTE KANRI, SE7)―Dynamic Robust Management (DRM)―that has been made possible through the effective integration of TQM into ISO.

     This paper introduces “Guidelines for Policy Management JSQC-Std 33-001:2016” developed by The Japanese Society for Quality Control (JSQC) in 2016. There is a standard for “Policy Management” as JIS Q 9023:2003. According to the development of “Guidelines for Daily Management JSQC-Std 32-001:2013”, that has been adapted as JIS Q 9026:2016, JIS Q 9023 is required to be updated as a paired standard with JSQC-Std 32001:2013. While Daily Management can work to “Maintain-plus- enhance” the performance of an organization, Policy Management can work to improve and innovate the organization in a timely manner under ever changing environment. In other words, Policy Management is a key of organization management to overcome changes, and furthermore, to tie changes to business development. It greatly affects sustained success of the organization. This standard consists of the fundamentals and processes of Policy Management, guidelines to implement Policy Management, and the guidelines to promote Policy Management organizationally. This paper introduces the background and the overview of the standard.

     本論文では,線形回帰分析を実施する際に多重共線性が生じている状況において,説明変数の選択を行う問題を考える.この問題を解決するために,本論文では,回帰係数ベクトルの不偏推定量の共分散行列が,残差平方和と説明変数に関する計画行列から構成されていることに着目する.そのうえで,この共分散行列を利用した3つの変数選択規準を提案し,これを予測型主変数選択規準と呼ぶ.予測型主変数選択規準を用いた変数選択法は,仮説検定や恣意的なパラメータ設定に基づかないという点で従来の変数選択法とは異なる.また,適用例と数値実験をとおして予測型主変数選択規準と既存の変数選択規準を比較し,予測型主変数選択規準を用いることで予測精度の低下を可能な限り抑えながら多重共線性問題を回避できること,また,サンプルサイズが全体の説明変数の数よりも少ない場合であっても,目的変数を予測するのに有用な説明変数の数よりも多い場合には,予測型主変数選択規準を用いた変数選択法が適用可能であることを示す.最後に,予測型主変数選択規準の非線形回帰分析への拡張可能性についても考察する.

     パラメータ設計において,各ノイズ因子の応答に対する効果をもとに,応答が最も小さくなる水準の組み合わせおよび応答が最も大きくなる水準の組み合わせの2通りにノイズ因子を調合することがしばしば行われる.これによって大幅な実験回数の削減が期待されるが,その一方で,いくつかの問題点・リスクが存在する.本報告では,調合ノイズにおける以下の3つの問題点:1.調合ノイズと直交表ノイズの最適条件の違い,2.調合ノイズのSN比が同じ値になる問題,3.調合ノイズの範囲外に出現する直交表ノイズの応答,を取り上げ,これらについて温度調節器の回路設計の数値例を通じて検証する.

     化学系の分野では,2つの成分を分離する工程が多く存在する.分離機能を合理的に評価する方法として,デジタルのSN比が提案されている.この評価方法は分離システムのパフォーマンスをトータルに評価することを目的として考案されたが,制御因子やシステムを考案することを目的とする開発段階に適した評価方法ではない.開発段階では,全体最適化そのもの以上に,全体最適化を通じた改善メカニズムの把握が重要である.その方法として,細川らはCS-T法を提案した.本論文では,2つの成分を分離する工程において,CS-T法の活用に有効な分離機能の評価方法と実験方法を提案する.本方法を,塗布液から気泡を排出する装置開発に活用した.その結果,従来の評価方法では得られない技術情報を得ることができた.
