In this study, focusing on prevention of human error beforehand by analyzing usual tasks, we examined education and training method based on operator’s behavior model in manual speed control. About control behavior model, a lot of studies have been done in the field of human factors and control engineering. However the studies focused on expressing operator’s control in detailed mathe matical equation, and hardly proposing concrete education and training method to improve safety of systems. Therefore, the purpose in this paper is to get fundamental knowledge to construct education and training method for prevention of human error. An object of this study was a railroad train operation including disturbance. An experiment was conducted in case of that an op erator could know condition of the disturbance. Through constructing control behavior model based on the experiment, we attempted to extract factors that contribute to skill development. By dividing operator’s decision process into two functions, which were“ Function of suppressing disturbance” and “Function of accomplishing task”, it was supposed that accuracy of the function of suppressing dis turbance influenced control results. Therefore, we proposed a new training method to enhance the function of suppressing disturbance effectively, and evaluating effects of the proposal training method by simulation experiment with the control behavior model. In addi tion, performing verification experiment with the proposal training method, we confirmed validity of the prior evaluation by the simu lation experiment. We could show possibility to evaluate education and training method before applying it actually. In the future, we will consider ef fects of combining some training methods and operator’s model including psychological factors, and continuing study about education and training from viewpoint of prevention of human error.
The ignition hazards of tires filled with an aerosol─type sealant containing LPG for tires were investigated. On the operation of air release, the mixed gas of air and LPG in flammable concentration was released from the tire after use of the sealant. From this, it is necessary that the operator detaches the release direction of the mixed gas, and removes the ignition source. It also estimates that the gas in tire was diluted to the flammable mixture by repeating the air filling into the deflated tire after use of the sealant. When that mixed gas ignited in the pressure of 0.2 MPaG which is the general pressure of tires, the tire was intensively burst.
