The problems of the compliance of the suspicious food passed to several generations in the past and occurred in food industry. In late years, the problems of the suspicious food, such as food scams, poisoning bacteria, and hazardous materials are getting worse and worse. However, the reality lacked the preventive step. The suspicious food has the possibility that everyone can execute it. In this paper, the problems of suspicious food specially seen as the compliance event that anyone could do, based on actual survey, and propose measures to promote analysis of opportunities to practice.
