Abstract
Fingerspelling of JSL mostly corresponds to syllabic unit Mora in Japanese language. But the combinations of yo-on and hatsu-on with other mora do not, because of the difference of transition. A syllabic analysis model for JSL FS was proposed here.
Abstract
From the viewpoint of the New Sign Linguistics, sign mora is proposed. A structure of a sign formation and the constituents of Japanese Sign Language are suggested otherwise, which are different to those of Japanese, English or American Sign Language.
