家具・空間構成・温熱・光環境等により、多様性に満ちた執務スペースを構築することでＡＢＷ(Activity Based Working)の更なる進化を狙った改修計画、冬季温熱環境・パーソナル環境調整機器の評価結果の報告に続き、本報では、改修前後における冬季の光環境、各種環境に関するアンケート調査結果を報告する。オフィス環境の改善、ABW採用による席の自己選択性を持たせる等により、光環境、温熱環境をはじめ、総合満足度が向上する結果が得られた。
A double layer metal has been developed and manufactured. The basic performance (leakage performance, thermal insulation performance, vibration strength, sound insulation performance) of this duct was verified and its superiority was confirmed. In addition, the social performance (environmental performance, labor performance, initial cost) required of this duct was also verified and its superiority was confirmed. Thermal insulation performance will be reported in a next report.
In this report, the results of experiments on the dew condensation limit of the double layer metal duct. Due to the air leak, the location where dew condensation occurs was different. In addition, the dew point temperature of the flange was lower than that of the duct surface. For the evaluation when introduce the actual building, the diagram of dew condensation limit created from the thermal network was used. As a result, dew condensation did not occur on the duct surface.
In order to generate training data that can demonstrate high diagnostic performance in Fault Detection and Diagnosis (FDD) method using a Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) in a heat source system, we examined the selection of faults to be diagnosed, the setting of the degree of faults and simultaneous faults in the training data.
The installation of Automated Fault Detection and Diagnosis (AFDD) using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) was first introduced. Next, case studies were investigated to deploy this AFDD method to similar systems. The results showed the difficulty to use a trained CNN for a specific system directly to other systems, however, the transfer learning was effective to reduce computational costs.
In this report, we use accumulated data of periodical inspection to conduct a study from a macro viewpoint, and also carry out a detailed study in which equipment ledger and various data related to maintenance are integrated to identify equipment. As a result, it became possible to catch the fault tendency according to the part, and it turned out that there is a possibility that it becomes useful data when arranging and examining the idea of rational maintenance.
Personalized Work Environment（PWE）という環境制御機能付きの個室型ブースを執務者の好みに合わせて作製した。その後、被験者実験を2種類のタスクを3種類の作業スペースで行う、合計6条件で実施した。 また、PWEにおける環境制御機能の利用状況を評価し、満足度と空間ごとの集中力を比較し、生産性に影響を与える要因を分析した。 執務者の好む環境を適切に制御することができ、最適な執務環境には個人差が生じることが示された。
This paper reports the result of subjective experiment on the effects of outdoor simulation meeting space on physiological/psychological and intellectual productivity, and reveal that outdoor simulation meeting space may improve the spatial satisfaction of workers and improve their concentration, and sympathetic nervous activity and psychological state are related.
昨今の働き改革などの動きの中でオフィスにおける室内環境の向上が知的生産性のようなNEB（Non Energy Benefit）に与える影響に着目した試行事例が見られる。しかし、オフィスの運用に際しての知的生産性を定量的に検討・評価した事例は少ない。そこで本研究では、オフィスにおける知的生産性に影響を与える様々な要素を調査し、特に環境マネジメントによる影響度を把握するとともに、定量的なNEB評価の手法を確立していくことを目的とする。
Based on the past research, the issue for senior cooks is fatigue of the lower back. The purpose of this study is to propose a working style using a chair in a kitchen and to clarify the effect it on fatigue and concentration. The subjects were cooking workers working at two fast food restaurants in Nagoya City.
In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey (n=1,783) to clarify the effect of kitchen environment on productivity. It was clarified that the equipment environment of the kitchen such as thermal sensation affects the productivity of workers in the medium to long term. In addition, kitchen environmental factors affecting work engagement, work satisfaction and work functioning impairment were also clarified.
