It was found in recent years that plasma can be used in solutions. Plasma in liquid was applied to the synthesis of nanoparticles, wastewater treatments, hydrogen fuel generation and material surface modification. Plasma in liquid does not use chemicals and external heating so is useful in producing full reaction by using only electricity. Therefore, chemical reactions, environmental purification and material processing can be designed with high efficiency and high operability. This review explains the principles and application of plasma in liquids.

Through collaboration between industry and government in the Chubu region, we succeeded in blending synthetic seeds, evaluation seeds, cosmetics needs and quickly establishing original products and sensibility studies. By controlling the average intersurface distance in the liquid and the surface/volume precipitation in the droplet, it was possible to prepare the composite particle, hollow granule and drug-encapsulating granule. These microstructure controls enabled us to improve the UV shielding property, improve the optical sharpness, and obtain a controlled release rate of the drug. Systematic verification of direct shear testing method and organoleptic evaluation promoted the association between qualitative sensory parameters and physical properties; furthermore, enabling the standardization of the evaluation method.

Metallic paints are commonly used in paint shops for exterior of automobiles, motorcycles and appliances.

On the other hand, it is necessary to improve both hardware and software to apply the most suitable coating for metallic paints, which have characteristics different from normal paints such as solid or clear.

In this report, we introduce the coating technology to obtain the fine finish appearance and the important points for metallic paint from a coating equipment manufacturer's point of view.

In order to strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemicals, to prevent and reduce hazardous chemical accidents, to guarantee the safety of human life and property and to protect the environment, the revised “Regulations on the Control over Safety of Hazardous Chemicals” (Decree 591) came into force since December 1, 2011. In subsequently time, a string of weighty administrative measures, national standards and chemical inventories have been promulgated or entered into force. This paper starts with the particular hazards properties of hazardous chemicals, summarizes the hazardous chemical legislation in China, and Chinese inventory of hazardous chemicals and its implementation guidance. The paper also briefly analyses the main obligations for hazardous chemicals in china, and provide a number of compliance suggestions.
