We extend previously proposed generalized gauge theory formulation of Chern-Simons type and Topological Yang-Mills type actions into Yang-Mills type actions. We formulate gauge fields and Dirac-Kahler matter fermions by all degrees of differential forms. The simplest version of the model which includes only zero and one form gauge fields accomodated with SU(2 | 1) super algebra leads to the Weinberg-Salam model. Thus the Weinberg-Salam model formulated by non-commutative geometry is a particular example of the present formulation.

We review some properties of the holographic renormalization group, where the renormalization scale of a d-dimensional quantum field theory is interpreted as the (d + 1)^<st> coordinate of a system of (d + 1)-dimensional classical gravity. In particular, we explain an approach based on the Hamilton-Jacobi equation, and show that the holographic Weyl anomaly can be calculated in a simple way within this framework.

The bosonic IIB matrix model, which contains the bosonic part of the IIB matrix model, is studied using a numerical method. The expectation value of the Wilson loop operator is measured and the string tension is estimated.
