It is indispensable in System Integration that SI vendor communicates with stakeholder, for instance, SI vendor itself, customers, other vendors which contract with SI vendor, and other vendors which do not contract with SI vendor. This paper is to study about communication from the viewpoint of "accountability". If there is not enough accountability in system integration, many problems arise. This article refers to that problems and the effect of accountability.

In order to lead the success of a project, it is important that the project problems are detected and solved early. In order to detect the project problems early, monitoring information updated constantly is helpful. As such information, we can use correspondence stored automatically in a communication system which has functions to communicate among developers. In this paper, we focus on correspondence among developers, and we show that we can detect several problems in a development project easily by monitoring and watching the situation of correspondence among developers. Appling this method for software development is useful. Because in software development, actions by problems in a project strongly show up on communication among software developers.

It is necessary to clarify business outline of each stakeholder by analysis and the analysis of the stakeholder concerned with a project, responsibility range, authority to need and contribution degrees to expect in the accomplishment of the project. I make the duty allotment table which described these in the past project and perform project accomplishment. This duty allotment table is easy to specify the roles in each stakeholder, but grasp of the positioning in association and the system between stakeholders is difficult. I solve such a problem and reduce the communications gap between each stakeholder, and it is thought that it is effective to utilize mind map and job description as one tool to let you clarify the system of the project and authority.
