In recent years, number of project with large scale and high complexity has been increasing, and results of these projects often make impacts on company's sales result and brand such as reliability. In response to that, many companies consider training project manager who can lead projects to success as important issue for management strategy and has been focusing on Personnel training and development of training system. In this article, we clarify issues that project managers have based on the result of hearing with people who are currently project manager, and propose solution strategy for these clarified issues with mentoring and coaching.

Project leader training has been implemented contents with a variety of features, in each company, each educational institution, and each human resource development company. We were practicing project leader training that reflects the thinking actions of the top in the company this time over one year. We introduce the training result that we pushed forward for the human resources with the actions in this paper, without ending it in a simple lecture.

In this paper, we explain our developed human resource development system especially for junior engineers in IT companies. And state of the arts of project management education example is introduced to show how the human resource development system is well applied to the in-house education. The human resource development system focuses to clarify the learning process for junior IT engineers. It also makes sure what kind of knowledge, skill and job experiences they must acquire and how to acquire them according to their life stage. We also discuss the effectiveness of our human resource development system and project management education program by interviewing the engineers who learned in this training program.

E-learning schemes such as Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)-which is different from simple open courseware-have begun to enter full operation in recent years. Meanwhile, increasing attention has been drawn to Project Based Learning (PBL) at universities. Within project management education, a hybrid approach that combines the benefits offered by both methods may be important. This paper introduces MOOCs and their Japanese version, JMOOCs. It gives examples on how to create e-learning materials suitable for project management education and explains things to consider when preparing this material.
