Children are involved in music through the communication of music, and form the community for learning activities. This paper discussed the character of music learning model which aims at the formation of the community for learning activities, on the basis of the suggestion of P.J. Palmer, and "the symbolic interactionism" of H. Blumer. According to Palmer, a teacher and children are aware of the peers as well as the learning task all together in order to form the community for learning activities. So, a music teacher should exert oneself to draw children's attention to the peers as well as music. According to Blumer, "human beings act toward things on the basis of the meanings that the things have for them", "the meaning of such things is derived from, or arises out of, the social interaction that one has with one's fellows", and "these meanings are handled in, and modified through, an interpretative process used by the person in dealing with the things he encounters." So, firstly, a music teacher should think out teaching in order that children can get the meanings of music, and can express themselves in music. Secondly, a music teacher should think out teaching in order that children, a teacher and music can interact with one another. Thirdly, a music teacher should think out teaching in order that children can interpret the musical activities of their fellows, and can reinterpret music. Making an attempt to practice music lessons keeping the above-mentioned points in mind, it was ascertained that children could nurture attitude to learning music with the awareness of their fellows.
