The purpose of this research is to indicate the psychological aspect basing on the analysis of the 2 years(2016,2017)
PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) model motivation survey(Before/After Survey method)is side of psychological.The survey was taken at with extracurricular activities. Basing on the result of the survey which the content was the student's motivation and extra curriculum activities at the College Festival at TGU. Those were held on 27-30 May in 2017.
I will make inferences and analyzations using last year's date in order to examine how this event affects their college life at the previous stage.I adopted the question naive surveys including understandeing and expectation of this event.
From the result of Before/After Survey method,I extracted some motivated and poorly motivated students.I also analyzed qualitatively from their requests and comments.
I researched the psychological tendency about future educational supports at the university to motivate students to move comfortable college life.I will announce the rest at next opportunity.
