看護学生は臨床実習などカリキュラムに特徴があり，看護職の適性に悩む割合が多く，はかり知れないストレスを受けていることが考えられる。本研究の目的は，看護学生に対するストレスマネジメント介入に関する文献検討を行うことである。国内外合わせて13件を分析対象の文献とした。その結果，心理教育やマインドフルネスに基づく介入，指圧など様々なプログラムが実施されており，介入の結果，ストレスコーピングの促進やグリット（やり抜く力），対人関係の改善などの効果を認めたことが明らかとなった。すべて主観的指標が用いられており，客観的指標はなかった。これらのことより，看護学生が自己のストレスを客観的に捉え，対処できる能力を養い成長できるよう，大学の看護学教育カリキュラムや支援体制の検討が急務と考える。
