This paper proposes a method for calculating the installed capacity of electric vehicles that maximizes the use of renewable energy. Furthermore, the equipment was constructed based on the calculated results. The cost spent on equipment verification testing and equipment construction was then calculated. It is possible to calculate the installed capacity using renewable energy to achieve the set driving distance of an electric vehicle. As an example, the paper examined a solar carport. The solar carport is a power supply system for electric vehicles. The equipment that uses renewable energy uses a solar carport, and the system can operate independently. The solar carport consists of solar power generation, power conditioner system, transformer, LED lighting, and electric vehicle. This research aimed to create a facility that can use 100% renewable energy based on the distance traveled by electric vehicles.
