  • 軸対称加速流によるボビンからの糸出し

    目的 繊維加工過程において, ボビンチェース面上に糸口のある場合に, フードを用いてその母線に並行な軸対称流を与えたときの糸口出し効率に関し, 効果的なアード形状に対する模索が――特にフード入口形状に関して――行われてきた.しかしながら, ボビンチェース面に対面する流路断面形状の変化が糸口出しに及ぼす影響についていまだ明確にされていない.本報においては, 前報の手法, 概念に基づき, その変化が糸口出しに及ぼす影響について検討を加えようとしたものである.成果 (1) 実際の精紡管糸を対象とし, 数種のフード形状を用いて, 糸口出し実験を行い, 糸口出ししやすい流路を形成するフード形状をみいだすことができた.(2) 模形ボビンを設置することにより・ボビンとフードとで形成される狭いすきま内流れ状況を, それら両壁面圧力分布より推定するとともに, 省エネルギ化の観点から流動抵抗の少ないより効果的なフード形状をみいだすことができた.(3) 糸出し性能向上に寄与する要因として, 糸口のある円錐面とフードとで形成される流路断面形状の適当な変化が, 気流の加速度成分, とくにその変動を流路内に誘起し, そのことが糸口出しに有効な作用効果のあることを前報同様に認めることができた.

    The unattended dyeing system is entirely controlled by a computer system. Starting from an input of production schedules, the total system is got into operation under the control of a computer system. The computer system is mainly made up of following four subsystems :
    (1) Technical information filing subsystem : Filing of information on dyeing technics, for example, dyeing recipe, etc.
    (2) Scheduling and progress control subsystem : Scheduling for preparatory processes and monitoring of plant operation in accordance with production schedules.
    (3) Plant control subsystem : Data processing for the control of dyeing and conveyance, and tracking of products.
    (4) Inventory control subsystem : Inventory control of materials, products, dyestuffsand chemicals, and displaying of inventory conditions of them.
