Using the Ring Resonators that we developed in 1991, a CIN Diplexer for VHF TV low channels was developed. In comparison with conventional CIN diplexers consisted of coaxial resonators. It has about a quarter size and weight, and has the same or better electric characteristics and reliabilities. This paper states about the design methods and resulted Characteristics.

In this paper, it is suggested to use a space or micro strip line as a transmission path of a robot communication inside building, and its characteristics are investigated experimentally. In the case using a space as transmission path, one of major problems is transmission loss at a bent or T-junction of floor. It is possible to decrease the transmission loss by using Yagi-Antenna, Microstrip antenna or reflectors In this paper, we suggested that a robot, which move along a guide-line, is possible the communication by remodeling into microstrip transmission line, and in the comparison of a space and microstrip line, the letter has advantage of transmission loss at any junctions.

New types of high precision amplitude modulation factor meter (AM meter) were developed. One is Analog type AM meter which employs high linear detection circuit and high speed operational amplifiers for calculation of the modulation factor. The other is digital type AM meter with the GP-IB interface for the automatic measurement system. The digital type AM meter can measure carrier shift which is the new item of the AM radio transmitter performance on the automatic measurement. This paper describes an outline of two types of AM modulation factor meter and their performances and applications.

TBS had been able to establish an information network system with US-Japan fulltime digital circuit which has a minimum achievable delay time as a first among Japanese TV stations. TBS also achieved a dual direction network among Europe,US and Japan by the connection of above circuit with CBS, which TBS has good partnership with, operating Euro-US fulltime digital circuit. AS a result of the completion of this network system, the circuit's certain availability and the reasonable costs contribute to the TV program making by the smooth operation of multi-media informations such as a telephone, a facsimile, data, etc.
