The Research System consists of two subsystem, 'Subsystem-A'and'Subsystem-B'.'Subsystem-B'consists of two rooms, the Editing Room and the Preview Room, the former is for editing and processing, and the latter is for preview andevaluation of 3D-HDTV program. Following report is outiine and operation of the Subsystem-B, mainly, the'3D-HDTV digital switcher'which was developed for this Research System especially.
We are going to analyze theoretically and verify that the part of radiator of parabolic antenna for geostationary communication satellite receives thermal trouble due to solar rays twice a year. Besides specifying days and times of occurrence at few places regarding each geostationary communication satellite, we hereby quote the countermeasure in order to avoid the danger of fire and reduction of antenna's life, etc.
TV commercials have been broadcasted by videotape's which commercials are gathered in turn. Lately, MAGNETO-OPTICAL DISK Recorder (VF200) with can record non-compressed NTSC digital video signal and 4channel digital audio signals for 32minutes was developed. We used this recorder for CM-files, and have developed"MAGNETO-OPTICAL DISK Files Non-linner CM direct System"which is possible to broadcast TV commercials random.
A new method, which enables superimposing a video source with an arbitrary shape and a motion track onto a live video source, is described. A random accessible disk-recorder with two linked signal outputs (one for foreground video, another for key signal) which are played back synchronously is the main component of the system.
