地域資料は，その地域に伝存するだけでなく，しばしば大学・研究所等の教育研究機関にも伝存する．典型例は，ある地域を研究対象に取り上げた研究者の研究活動の過程において，その地域の個人・家・団体の持つ一次資料（アーカイブ資料）が教育研究機関へ寄託，寄贈される，というものだ．こうした地域資料は，大学・研究所等の教育研究資料として把握され，その属性を前提に保存・活用されるが，研究成果発表とともに資料公開に至らず地域への還元・貢献が不十分となることもある．この原因の一つにアーカイブ資料の特性があると推測でき，教育研究機関におけるアーカイブ資料管理の過程に沿ったソールで解決できる可能性がある．ここでは京都大学デジタルアーカイブシステムPeekの事例を紹介し，教育研究機関における地域資料管理のあり方を展望する．

Foreign object damage (FOD), e.g. a bird strike, is seriously damaging event during flight operations of aviation. For simulating bird strike, soft-body impact test is investigated and gelatin is used as the projectile material traditionally. However, the effect of projectile shape on the soft-body impact test results has not been sufficiently established. In this study, a cantilever target made from aluminum alloy and carbon fiber/epoxy composite were used, and experiments and FEM simulations were conducted to investigate the effect of the projectile shape. The projectile shape should affect impulse and/or work immediately after impact, and it affects the plastic deformation around the impact point of aluminum alloy specimen. And the projectile shape should affect the interlaminar shear stress around the impact point and edge of specimen, and affects the delamination of carbon/epoxy composites specimen.

次期学習指導要領では，「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現が求められ，それに対応した学習意欲，すなわち動機づけの醸成が必要である。本研究は，「理科は高校入試のために重要である」というような制度的利用価値の高い認知が「主体的・対話的で深い学び」に与える影響を検討した。量的分析の結果，教師は高い制度的利用価値を保有する子どもを「主体的」かつ「対話的」で「深い学び」をしていると評価しており，その関連は部分的に興味価値よりも強かった。一方，実験・観察場面の学習の様子を質的に分析した結果，「入試との対応づけ」や「失敗の回避」など理科における「深い学び」とは異なる行動傾向が見られ，科学的探究の質は必ずしも高くない可能性が示唆された。これらの結果から，理科における「主体的・対話的で、深い学び」の適切な評価方法の開発と，次期学習指導要領で目指すべき動機づけ構造の解明，およびその醸成方法の検討が今後の課題として導出された。

The objective of the present study is to investigate the effects of fine precipitates of vanadium nitride on the creep deformation behaviors of 12%Cr-15%Mn austenitic steels through the measurement of internal stress and effective stress. These stresses were obtained by strain dip tests. The internal stress of VN free materials was determined as a unique function of applied stress. On the other hand, that of VN containing materials was not obtained uniquely as a function of applied stress. This indicates that fine precipitates of VN with high number density are strong barriers for the dislocation motion in spite of wide range variation of stress applied on the dislocations. At lower applied stress, the change of deformation rate during the strain dip test of the VN containing materials was very small and could not be detected with the increase of deloaded stress. Consequently this means that the forward or backward motion of almost all dislocations were inhibited by the precipitates. At higher applied stress, the VN containing materials showed the decrease of deformation rate with the slight deloading during strain dip test. This means that there exist movable dislocations which can glide without being blocked by the precipitates. The difference of stress dependence of minimum creep rate between at lower applied stress and at higher one was considered to be caused by such interaction of the fine precipitates with dislocation motion.

Metabolic syndrome is a major risk factor of cardiovascular events, and adipose tissue obesity based on chronic inflammation play a central role. To assess dynamic interplay between multiple cell-types in inflammatory diseases, in vivo imaging technique based on single- and multi-photon microscopy was developed. Imaging revealed close spatial and temporal interrelationships between angiogenesis and adipogenesis in obese adipose. In addition, increased leukocyte-platelet-endotheliel cell interactions in the microcirculation of obese adipose were observed, a hallmark of inflammation. We also found that large numbers of CD8+ effector T cells infiltrated into obese adipose. Infiltration by CD8+ T cells is essential for the initiation and development of adipose inflammation. By our in vivo imaging technique, multiple cell types are specifically visualized, and thrombus formation was induced by laser irradiation which cause ROS production inside the blood vessel. Using this technique, we revealed Lnk/Sh2b3 regulates integrin alpha-IIb-beta-3 outside-in signaling in platelets leading to stabilization of developing thrombus in vivo. In addition, we established human iPS-derived platelets, and tracked them in mice to elucidate its function in vivo. We confirmed injected platelets circulate, and contributed to the thrombus formation in vivo, indicating the clinical usefulness of this strategy for future. Our results clearly demonstrated the power of our imaging technique to analyze complex cellular interplays in inflammatory diseases, especially parenchymal and stromal cell cross talks, and to evaluate new therapeutic interventions against them.
