To this date, a case about the ethics of Texas Instruments (Japan) Limited has been well discussed. Discussions indicate that TI has conducted business with a high degree of business ethics. However, most of the cases concern certain systems of business ethics. The paper is not a study on those prolongations and takes the approach from the viewpoint of a corporate culture. TI declares that the corporate ethics is corner stone. This paper traces the history of its management from the past to today. First, it discusses the history from the very foundation of TI. Next, in regards to the fixation of ethical corporate culture in IT, it analyzes the processes of un freeze, change, and refreeze. Finally, this paper proposes a new model as an analysis framework by which the main factor is prescribed for a corporate culture. Furthermore, it applies this model to the example of the TI.
