In 2000 the launch of Mobile-Internet in Korea and Japan was the first of the world. Now diffusion of Mobile-Internet is 80% in Japan nothing but be less than 50% in Korea. Our study purposes a hypothesis that the industrial structure has an impact on innovation of the mobile internet. In detail, we suggest three factors "open competition", "stable platform" and "the control of business strategy". Above three points we test through some conditions that specification of handset, authentication of content site and the relationship career and handset maker and so on.
