Generally the rise of the static pressure occurs in a neighborhood of a nozzle and a collector in the open testsecton type wind tunnel, but it is desirable that static pressure on the mainstream axis in the empty testsecton in the wind tunnel of the aerodynamic characteristics resistance measurement use of the car is constant. In this paper, we report a nozzle and the experiment result about the condition of the collector that a static pressure rise produces. The constant-area exit in the nozzle contributes to the static pressure rise decrease . About a collector, the influence of the bell mouse shape is small, and the increase of the inducement ratio contributes to static pressure rise reduction. If the diameter of the collector is wide, I contribute to static pressure rise reduction, but the demerits such as the increase of the fan power occur.
