    High-speed three dimensional (3-D) shape measurement is becoming an important issue in many application such as robot vision and automatic inspection of manufactured parts.In recent years, many studies have been made on high-speed 3-D shape measurement methods. A slit ray projection method and a coded pattern grid projection method are common approach to high-speed 3-D shape measurement. The slit ray method takes a long image acquisition time because of scanning the slit over measuring object. On the other hand, the coded pattern method can reduce the image acquisition time in comparison to the slit ray method. However, this approach requires identification of coded pattern, and it takes long decoding time. We proposed a new coding method of multi-slit ray for high-speed shape measurement. The proposed method divides measuring area by using multiple sensors without light pattern. In addition to this, we proposed a method of expansion of measuring range in depth by means of secondary slit ray. The main slit ray is used to calculate the distanse to object, and secondary slit ray is used to identify the main slit ray. The projected angle of secondary slit ray is differed from that of the main slit ray. The combined use of main slit ray and secondary slit ray expands the measuring range in depth to three times in comparison with single use of the main slit. The proposed method eliminates repeated scanning of slit ray, and realizes zero decording time compatible with high reliability.

    Single shot three-dimensional shape measurement system using multiple slits with random dots is introduced. In general slit-ray projection method, a laser slit is swept on the surface of an object. While the laser slit is being swept, the object and the position of the measurement apparatus should to be stationary. So, this sweeping prevents the handheld measurement. In order to cope with this problem, three-dimensional measurement system has been developed to acquire instantaneous shape without sweeping the laser slit on the object. Multiple laser slits are projected on the object and many line segments of laser slits appear in a single image. In order to calculate the three-dimensional position using triangulation geometry, each line segment has to be identified to know the direction of the laser projection. In this paper, the robust identification method is introduced. Random dots projected along the slit are utilized to identify each line segment. Some points on the line segment are randomly sampled and template images surrounding the sampled points are set. The line segment is identified by using the pattern of the random dots in the template. Experimental results show the feasibility of our method.

    高感度HBs抗原試薬「ルミパルスプレストHBsAg-HQ」の基礎的・臨床的有用性を評価した.基本性能は良好で,B型肝炎ウイルス(HBV)genotype別希釈感度試験やセロコンパージョンパネルでの検討において,従来法(HISCL)より高感度で早期にHBsAgを検出できた.臨床検体を用いた検討では,高い特異度(99.84%,1,256/1,258)に加えて,HBV再活性化を起こした13例中9例でHISCL陰性,HBsAg-HQ陽性の期間があり,より早期にウイルスの変動を捉えることができ,3例ではHBsAg-HQによるHBsAg検出はHBV-DNA陽転より早期であった.「ルミパルスプレストHBsAg-HQ」はHBV-DNA検査と比べて安価で迅速に結果が得られる点を考慮すると,HBV再活性化の早期診断・早期治療や輸血前後のスクリーニングなど,臨床的にも幅広く活用されることが期待できる.

    A binaraized image processing is often used by many measurement systems. It is important to select the suitable threshold level corresponding to measuring surroundings and measuring objects. The digital adaptive binarizing methods are difficult to binarize the image data at high-speed and to measure successively for a long time. In addition it is difficult to construct the simple binarizing system. This paper describes an adaptive high-speed automatic binarizing method by analog processing. A principle of the method is to detect the peak value and valley value of the CCD sensor outputs, and is to set the threshold level automatically by using their values. The features of the method are: (1) to distinguish between opaque and transparent objects; (2) to set threshold level automatically according to measuring surroundings. We constructed the prototype system by using analog electric circuit and applied the system to dimension measurement of both transparent and opaque objects. The binaraized outputs to opaque object by the system are accurate within 5 pixel and that of transparent object are accurate within 9 pixel. This results are sufficient precision compared with non-adaptive method. When the proposed method is applied to one dimensional CCD, the sampling time is twice as long as the scanning time of CCD. And the sampling time in the case of two dimensional CCD is equal to video frame time (about 33 ms). As a result, it is shown that the proposed method is effective for an adaptive high-speed automatic binarizing method.
