前報では,日本語と英語(欧州諸言語)の「」表現形態が著しく異なることを挙げ,格概念は個別言語内の表現形態と直接結び付きながら抽象化されることを見た。日本語の「」体系が欧州諸言語の文法を基盤として助詞体系に当て填めたものであることは,明治以来の「ハ・ガ論争」や三上章の日本語文法論の中などで再三言及されている。欧州諸言語の「」概念は,格屈折語尾変化や語順のような,非語彙的な統語機能の体系から成り立っている。一方,日本語には欧州諸言語のような「」表現の素材はない。日本語の格概念は,欧州諸言語の格に対応する日本語の言語素材から構成された。従って,膠着言語の日本語が主として特定の語彙範疇-格助詞-で表示している格体系と,屈折言語の欧州諸言語が主として屈折語尾や語順で表示している格体系とでは,極めて制約された統語機能面にしか共通点が現れないのは当然である。「」の個別的認識もそれが包括する事象によって異なる。例えば「主格」は,英語では主語になる名詞句が取る格で,人称代名詞には特定の形態が与えられるが,日本語には,対応する形態は言うまでもなく,三・単・現の動詞形に影響を及ぼす機能を持つものも,述語部分と対応する必須要素としての役割を果たすものも存在しない。格助詞の機能意味に対応点を探って,「主題」を表示する「ハ」(「モ」)と「主語」を表示する「ガ」に共通点を見いだすのみである。ところが「ハ」(「モ」)は,名詞句以外の範疇にも付加されることから,格助詞の範疇に含めないことが多い。また,「ガ」も,情報構造上「ハ」と相補的分布を示すこと,母体文と埋め込み文で「ハ」と使い分けられることが多いこと,述語節点に対して姉妹関係というよりは被統率関係になることが多いことなどから,英語の「主語」には含まれない機能意味を多く持っている。N.Chomskyは,「」を統語構造上の抽象的な関係概念として捉え,深層構造の支配関係から派生する方法を提案した。この方法では,個別言語の格表示は,それぞれの媒介変数を適用することによって,意味とは無関係に機械的に生成される。この方法は,日本語と西欧諸語のように格表示の言語素材に著しい相違がある場合でも,統語構造と形態を生成するには都合がいい。言語形態に伴う意味は,統語部門とは別の意味部門の意味解釈規則で扱われるので,別途考慮すればいいからである。しかし,それによって派生される文法格は,原理上,述語と述語項の意味論的関係を区別することができない。Fillmoreは,格表示形態と意味の捉え方の順序を逆転することによって,「意味」から文法格を生成する理論を提案した。述語と述語項との意味論的な役割関係を新たに「」と定義し,その「」の生起する環境から一定の統語構造上の法則性を体系化すことによって,「意味」と文法格を可視的に関連付ける理論を構築したのである。これは「格文法」理論と呼ばれているが,その「」は,上述のように,伝統文法の「」ともChomskyの「」とも異質のものである。「格文法」理論の「」は,述語と述語項との関係意味から抽出さた素性と名詞句から成る。この「」のモテルは,日本語の格表示形態と酷似している上に,理論形式上格助詞が持つ統語機能を「格素性」として捉える可能性を示唆している。このことから,格文法理論は日本語の「」関係の分析には格好の理論的基盤を提供してくれるものと期待された。本論では,格文法理論が日本語の「」を説明するのにどれほど有効がという視点から,Fillmoreの"The Case for Case"を中心とした「格文法」理論を検討し,その問題点を探る。

In this paper the author examines the characteristics of ritsu-ryo (律令) code Regulations (kyaku ) during the Heian period. In the first chapter, the auther divides the Heian period into three parts : (1)the time after the Engi-regulations (Engi-Kyaku 延喜格) were enforced, (2)the time after the Jogan-regulations (Jogan-Kyaku 貞観格) were enforced, but before the Engi-Kyaku were enforced, and (3)the time after the Konin-regulations (Konin-Kyaku 弘仁格)were enforced. He then examines whether in each time period kyaku compiled previously were differentiated from other laws at the time. As a results of this study, the following facts are clear. In time peridds (1) and (2), kyaku meant regulations compiled previously, but in time period (3)some laws quoted as kyaku were not contained in the Konin-Kyaku and other laws quoted as fu (符 the Document for Communication from superiors to inferiors) were contained in the Konin-Kyaku. The form of the laws is different from that in time periods (1) and (2). Kyaku in the (3)time only meant a law enforced by itself. Consequently the author concludes that the Jogan-Kyaku should be considered more important than Konin-Kyaku in terms of the consciousness of the bureaucrats. In the second chapter, the author investigates reasons why Jogan-Kyaku represents a turning point. He finds that i) it was difficult for bureaucrats to accept the Konin-Kyaku because its complilation was the first project for compiling kyaku in Japan and it involved a complicated process of enforcement; ii) the work of the office of the Regulations for Appointments were (Senkyaku-Sho 撰格所) was more active when the Jogan-Kyaku was compiled than when the Konin-Kyaku were compiled, and the Jogan-Kyaku were not mere imitations of the Konin-Kyaku. Looking further at the perface to the Jogan-Kyaku, we find that it characteristically contains rules about the clothing of the emperors which, we cannot find in the Japanese ritsu-ryo code or the Konin-Kyaku. These facts suggest that although the Jogan-Kyaku contain many rules peculiar to Japan, it is a set of regulations which first included the Chinese-style Rites (rei 礼) and also states that the emperor existed in the Rites order like the rest of the people. In the third chapter, the author estimates missing documents and contents of the present Ruiju-Sandai-Kyaku (類聚三代格). A matter that deserves serious consideration; however, as argued in chapter one; he presumed some document was one of the rule or regulation quoted as a Kyaku after Jogan but not contained in the present Ruiju-Sandai-Kyaku, can be assumed to either have been lost or contained in a related historical source.

　生糸の節検査について、節１個あたりの失点が異なる節の出現割合と節検査のサンプリング誤差及び格付信頼性の関係を調べるため、区分別節出現割合が異なるいくつかの出現モデルを設定し、抽出実験を行った。
　サンプリング誤差、誤格付率ともに、節１個あたりの失点が大きい節の出現割合が高くなるほど大きく、特に失点の大きい大ずる節の出現割合が高くなると、大きく影響を受けることがわかった。また、格等級別にみると、誤格付率は、格幅が小さい上位格 (５Ａ～３Ａ) では格幅が大きい下位格 (２Ａ～Ａ) に比べてかなり大きく、３Ａ格で最大となっていることがわかった。

The intensity oscillation of reflection high-energy electron diffraction was observed during the growth of AlxGa₁-xAs accompanying the incorporation of As into an Al and Ga mixed layer on a GaAs substrate. The degree of oscillation depends on the Al fraction of the mixed layer and on the substrate temperature. Incorporation of As into Al on an AlAs surface was also investigated to compare with the case of As incorporation into the mixed layer on the GaAs substrate. It was found that mixing of Ga in the Al metal layer strongly lowered the low-temperature limit of the intensity oscillation and also increased the oscillation magnitude. This will be attributed to a large migration of Ga atoms rather than Al atoms.

s-トリアジン環に直接アゾ基が結合した化合物の合成を検討した。塩基の存在下, p-ニトロフェニルヒドラジンと2-クロロ-4, 6-ジ置換s-トリジアン類 (置換基Cl, NH₂, C₆H₅NH) を反応させ, それぞれ相当するモノおよびビス (p-ニトロフェニルヒドラジノ) 誘導体を得た.
ついでこれらのp-ニトロフェニルヒドラジノ誘導体を亜硝酸または塩化第二鉄で酸化し, 相当するp-ニトロフェニルアゾ誘導体を良好な収率で得た。

まず6-ナイロンにLi,NaまたはKメトキシドのメタノール溶液を作用させてメタル化する反応,ついでメタル化されたナイロンにアクリロニトリル(AN)のテトラヒドロフラン(THF)溶液またはジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)溶液を作用させてアニオングラフト重合させる反応を検討した。ナイロンのメタル化においては平衡結合メタル量とメトキシド濃度とは正の直線関係にあり,見かけの平衡定数はLi>Na>Kであった。メタル化反応は吸熱であり,反応熱はLi>Na>Kであり,見かけの活性化エネルギーは,Li<Na<Kであった。メタル化ナイロンのグラフト共重合においては平衡グラフト率はTHF,DMSOともLi<Na<Kであるが,DMSO中では THF中にくらべてグラフト率が数倍大きく,AN 40～60 vol %で極大を示し,極大点ではメタルによる差が少なくなる。グラフト率と結合メタル量との関係は両溶媒とも直線的であるが,THF中では Li<Na<Kであり,DMSO中極大点ではメタルによる差が少なくなる。重合の活性化エネルギーは THF中でLi<Na<Kであり,DMSO中極大点では Li>Na =K=Oであった。DMSO中でのグラフト鎖の分子量によると,Liの開始基効率は 0.7～1.5で数平均分子量は 7000～11000,Na,Kは効率が 3～5と高く,数平均分子量は 2000～4000である。ただし開始基効率とは計算された数平均分子量と測定されたものとの比とする。

DMEは、燃焼過程で黒煙を排出しないディーゼル代替燃料である。しかし、軽油に比べ発熱量が低く潤滑性に劣る。そこで、燃料を潤滑に使用しないガソリン用電子制御燃料噴射装置を用い、貫通力低下による混合気形成悪化を副室式燃焼室により改善する。また出力低下を２サイクルによって補うDME圧縮着火機関を提案する。

The study eines to identify 'the booms of spa resorts' from Meiji to the early Showa era, and to clarify the features, causing factors and changing factors in each booms. Based on newspapers, magagines, historical documents etc. of these periods events relating to the spa resorts are extracted and classified. then the comparative analysis is conducted. Main findings are as follows: 1)'The booms of spa resorts' from Meiji to the early Showa era can be extracted as; (1)the former haif of first boom period (from 10 to 17. Maiji era) (2)the later half of first boom period (from 24 to 31. Meiji era) (3)second boom period (from 2 to 9. Taisho era) 2)The popularlity of spa resorts had changed and taken roots. through the rise and fall of each booms. whose features and factors are clarified. Booms had a tendency to shift from westen spa resorts to eastern resorts. 3)Spa resorts, introduced a variety of booms elements actively and constantly. had a tendency to have developed into popular resorts.

Intending to decrease in polymer content of polymer impregnated gypsum, polymerization of the monomer containing sulfur dioxide and water, impregnated into the gypsum mortar with additive was carried out. Polymer impregnated gypsum mortar has sufficient properties in spite of lower polymer content.

Poly (vinyl alcohol) samples with different degrees of saponification (DS) snd polymerization (_??_), and different amounts of residual sodium acetate were melt-spun and drawn under the conditions which suppressed seriously coloring of filaments. The tensile modulus (E) and strength (σ_b) of drawn filaments increased almost linearly with the birefringence. The highest E and σ_b values achieved by this process were 12-18GPa and 0.9-1.1GPa, respectively. The crystallinity and drawability of as-spun filaments decreased by the thermal degradation during spinning, especially in high _??_ samples (_??_ > 1000). When high _??_ was used, however, the _??_ could be reduced to the optimum value (_??_ < 1000) during processing with the help of residual sodium acetate. The samples with lower DS (<90mol%) showed lower E and σ_b values due to the resultant lower crystallinity.
