多摩ニュータウン(貝取地区)に，を活かし，緑をネットワーク化した空間における住民の生活動線としての機能について地区住民(144 通)を対象に駅の利用，買い物 ，散歩の三つの生活に使われる道のりを地図上で把握した。各道のりに対する満足度とその要因を明らかにすることで歩行空間を活かした緑のネットワーク形成における生活動線としての機能やその有用性について考察を行った。

本論文は、バンコク保存地区内に位置する歴史的な商業地区バン・ランプにおける、

の整備などによる地区改善策を提案するものである。対象地区において、歩行者の通行に関する問題は最も深刻かつ急を要するものである。この提案は、1989年6月に行なわれた、対象地区の商店主(居住者でもある)および利用者に対するインタビューにもとづいて作成されており、とくにバンコクにおける一般的な商業形態である露店商についてはその活動の維持に留意した。また本提案を実現するための法律的枠組、とりわけ保全に関する諸規制について概観した。

Pedestrianizing a street has been recognized as a useful planning method to vitalize the activities in a downtown. This paper focuses on the management system for Heiwa Mall located in the downtown of Asahikawa City, which was pedestrianized in 1972 as the first pedestrianized public street in Japan. It clarifies the process of forming the existing management system since then and points out the characteristics and problems of the long term management. It concludes by suggesting the key factors considered for the management system for a pedestrianized street.

近年，世界の都市では，都心商業地区における自動車の流入抑制や歩行者空間の整備など，賑わいの創出を目指す取り組みが実施されている．しかし，この取り組みの影響や道路の空間要因と賑わいの関係は十分明らかにはされていない．本研究は，歩行者空間が整備されている歴史的都市の中でも，京都とソウル，そしてフィレンツェの都心商業地区の現地調査に基づいて，賑わいの要因構造を分析した．その結果，本研究で定義する賑わい度は，歩行空間に関する要素と正の関係，駐車駐輪に関する要素と負の関係にあることを明らかにした．また，賑わいの要因構造は，3都市全てで，歩行空間の状況を表す潜在変数が，賑わい度に正の影響を，駐車駐輪の存在を表す潜在変数に負の影響を及ぼしていることを明らかにした．

This research was based on the data obtained from a questionnaire survey on the consumers' behavior around the Nanjing Road. In this paper, the survey area is divided into several blocks as study units. The consumers' basic behavioral characteristics including gender, age, occupation, living place, distribution of flow, stop times, money consumed as well as spatial phase characteristics (entrance, multistop, and exit) are analyzed. Then the multinomial logit model is calibrated to explain the spatial choice behavior of consumers. The model gets satisfactory results and reveals how physical environment in the commercial space influences consumer behavior. The multistop track is derived by model simulation, which helps to find some behavioral characteristics and problems in spatial usage. Finally, behavior changes are predicted and evaluated based on the model.

本研究は, 自然環境の保全を指向したオープンスペースシステムを実現した港北ニュータウンを対象として, オープンスペース計画の理論的な発展過程と実体化手段としての公園緑地の意義と役割について検証を行った。その結果, 港北ニュータウンのオープンスペース計画は, 公園緑地が前提とする2大機能 (レクリエーションー緑地保全) 相互のバランスをとりながら都市基盤としてのオープンスペースシステムを形成してゆくプロセスとして理解された。そして, システム機能の低次化及び構成要素の限定という点で, 公園緑地が前提とする2大機能の併存イメージがシステム実現上の阻害要因となった実態を明らかにした。

札幌市における小学校の約 40％が都市公園と隣接しており、このような小学校と都市公園の隣接状況を活用していくことは、学校教育または地域活動の観点から非常に有効である考える。 本研究の目的はこのような隣接状況を、 1）札幌市における小学校と都市公園の隣接配置の計画意思を把握すること 2)小学校と都市公園の隣接パターンを分類すること 3)小学校に隣接している都市公園の利用実態を調べること、という 3つの観点から調査分析を行うことである。そして、研究の結果以下のような特徴がみられた。 1)札幌市ではもみじ台地区でのみ隣接配置の計画意思が確認された。 2)隣接パターンは都市公園の規模によってパターン傾向が異なる。 3)隣接パターンと公園利用者の利用実態との関連性をみつけた。

 This paper focuses on the management of the first pedestrianized street in Japan, Heiwa Mall in Asahikawa City, completed in 1972. First, it sorts out the influences to the neighborhood by street re-design in 2003 and the characteristics of events operated on the renewed street. Additionally, it finds out the method and challenges of current management system organized by both of public and private sectors. Moreover, it clarifies the effects and issues of the management method by viewpoints of street users. As results, the paper points out the characteristics of management method in case of Heiwa Mall, and based on the findings, it concludes by suggesting the key factors for introducing the management of a pedestrianized main-street.

A key task for urban planning in Japan is to incorporate agricultural land uses into the urban fabric and statutory planning. This paper analyzes the process whereby “agricultural zones” were incorporated into the planning of Kohoku New Town, a site designed in the 1960s and recognized as a path breaking attempt to include agricultural land in urban development. Our findings draw from key planning documents and from interviews with key actors in the planning of Kohoku New Town. The results indicate that the primary aim of “agricultural zones” was to augment open spaces and that agricultural and urban land uses were comprehensively incorporated into an open space system that included pathways to connect agricultural and residential areas. However, in the final plan released in 1974, the “agricultural zones” were designated solely for industrial agriculture, a shift which can be attributed to the introduction of the “senbiki” system of strictly separating urban and rural areas in the New City Planning Act of 1968. In addition, the pedestrian paths connecting “agricultural zones” and housing areas envisioned in the open space system of earlier planning stages as a means of integrating agriculture and residential development was also abandoned. Thus, the original plans to fuse agricultural and urban development were discarded during the planning process.

本研究は, 韓国のニュータウンの公園緑地に対する居住者の利用実態と評価, 将来の整備意向などをアンケート調査によって明らかにし, 今後の韓国のニュータウンにおける公園緑地の質的向上に資することを目的としている。対象とした一山新都市は, ソウルの住宅問題等を解消するため, 1989年から建設されたニュータウンの一つである。調査結果から, 居住者は, 居住地選定の際に自然の豊かさや緑地を重視していたこと, 種々の公園緑地はその空間特性に応じて居住者の利用に応えていることが明らかになったが, 将来の緑地整備では自然林への欲求が強く, 今後韓国では自然林を積極的に取り入れたニュータウン開発のあり方が課題になると考えられる。

Ten of valley municipalities are managing the Tamagawa cycle path.The video camera was installed in the loading motorcycle in the Tamagawa cycle path and 640×480 Traffic was recorded with 30fps. The mileage was 457km on the total the 32nd the measurement days. Moreover, average per hour was 13.8 km/h. at 52.4km in the total length. It was assumed that the bicycle and the person were a left traffic rules in Kawasaki City, and other municipalities were also similar. On the other hand, the pedestrian died of the collision of the bicycle and the pedestrian who had got up in June, 2009 in Fuchu city. The width of the cycle path was expanded from 2.4m to 3 and 0m and the person changed to right traffic in Fuchu city as a result. It was 172. average of the pedestrian and the runner to the amount of traffic of one hour in total the traffic of 122 people on the average and bicycles Because it was width 2.4m or 1.8m of the cycle path, consideration of the investigation of actual conditions of bicycling and walking about the bicycle was done. Running with the deceleration belt by the bump of 10mm in height had the danger of Otoclma and the bicycle breakdown and it started decoupling the cyclist of about 15% in the dancing posture.
