'FUKUYAMA SUIGAISHI' is the record book on the water disaster at Fukuyama in 1919 by Kakuhin Hamamoto. Through descriptions of Fukuyama-city' s landscape in the water flood and materials relevant to them, I try to make explicit reality of a landscape of Fukuyama city. In such abnormal disaster, we may face to an unordinary but uncovered landscape compared to a daily familiar but covered landscape. To touch with such uncovered landscape, we are obliged to discriminate 'actuality' and 'reality'. A landscape is in very close interrelation to seeing but it is not enough to depend upon it. Beyond and apart it and my point of view we can realize 'a landscape itself motived by double exposures. 8 figures make sure the conclusion.
