    Solar assisted desiccant coo1ing process is an effective means to reduce a latent heat load of the ventilation air. This paper describes the influences of ambient humidity and sensible heat factor (SHF) of the indoor room on the performance and scale of the desiccant cooling system. Two process configurations termed “ambient air mode” and “mixed air mode” were assumed. At “ambient air mode”, only ambient air is dehumidified and cooled in the desiccant process. The dehumidified air stream is mixed with return air and further cooled in the cooling coil. At “mixed air mode”, ambient air is mixed with return air and this mixed air stream is dehumidified in the desiccant process and cooled at the cooling coil. At “ambient air mode”, ambient air humidity had a significant impact on required amount of dehumidification since humid ambient air entered the desiccant process directly. In this case, higher temperature level and quantity, which is impossible to be supplied from commonly commercialized flat panel solar collectors, was required. At “mixed air mode”, the influence of increase of ambient humidity was not significant since humidity of the air entering the desiccant process became low by mixing with return air. At this mode, it was expected that 70°C of the circulating water and 37m2 of surface area of solar collector could produce a sufficient dehumidifying performance even in high latent heat condition. The contributing ratio of the desiccant wheel was also estimated. The ratio increased in higher latent heat condition due to increase of required amount of dehumidification. The contributing ratio of the thermal wheel became lower due to increase of saturated air temperature in the evaporative cooler.

     The purpose of this study is to analyze the created process of psychological damage involved in stigma. People experience stigmatization to themselves through interaction with the other in everyday life. In a series of the experience, for the stigmatized people, urgent problems are not only to be caused substantial inequalities, but also to be psychologically damaged in society.
     Studies on emotion of stigma have been done a lot. Most of them have dealt with emotions that are damaged directly by other's negative reaction. We call this 'the first psychological damage'. However, the emotion of stigma is not limited to that type of damage. When we study the case of the stigmatized people, we'll find that in the process of 'passing', new type of psychological damage that is particular to information management under the social norm is created. The Hochschild's viewpoint helps us to discuss this type of damage; we get to know that the stigmatized experience the split of performed-self / real-self. 'The second psychological damage' is created through the work of passing real-self. The stigmatized go through these two types of psychological damages under the social norm. We need to consider these two types of damage, and it makes possible the comprehensive understandings about the emotions of stigma.

    平成16年10月に発生した新潟県中越地震では, 中山間地域に散在した集落へ至る交通網等が寸断され, 新潟県旧山古志村をはじめとする各地で集落が孤立し,「孤立集落」の深刻さを浮き上がらせた。本研究では, 中越地震において被害が最も甚大であった旧山古志村および小千谷市, 川口町の信濃川右岸地域を対象として集落の孤立リスクを既存のGISデータをもとに検討した。また, 容易に入手可能な50mメッシュ標高データを用いて, 中越地震発生時の道路寸断に伴う集落の孤立状況を勘案し, 各道路の寸断リスク・集落の孤立リスクの分布図作成を行った。

      It is difficult to measure the distribution of temperature or the development of solidified layer or the cooling rates of the real castings. Moreover, when there is a change in design or in positions or sizes of risers or chills. a new casting must be made every time to measure its temperature to know the changes in the distribution of temperature or the state of solidification.
      We have made an analog simulator by which the temperature and the change of temperature distribution of castings may be measured, which eliminates any need for making real castings. The simulator was designed as an electrical system from the requirement of a simple structure and easy measurement.
      It consists of number of unit blocks made up of condensers and resistances, the combination of which represents a casting. The heat of a casting is represented by the electric charge, which is discharged through the electric resistances corresponding to the heat resistance of casting, and the change of voltage is thus measured. The voltage corresponds to the temperature of casting.
      The influence of the latent heat of solidification is fed by another circuit, which is composed of a condenser and a resistance, connected to the main circuit. It acts when the voltage corresponds to solidification temperature.
      The simulator was made for aluminum castings and the change of temperature and the time necessary for the solidification of plates, square blocks and cross-shaped blocks of metal and sand mold castings were measured and their values were compared with the calculated values. They coincided very well and the experiment ended in success.
      This simulator is big, 125cm×185cm×30cm, but we are now trying to make a portable one. Simulators for cast iron and steel castings may be made in the same way simply by changing the resistances and the capacities of the condensers of the circuit.

    1 2012 年以降の野生化したカナダガンの有害捕獲について報告した。
    2 山梨県富士河口町河口湖での、袋網捕獲で必要な手続きをまとめた。鳥獣保護法、自然公園法、河川法、土地所有者の許可等が必要で、約1 年の準備期間を要した。
    3 袋網作成の材料の検討を行い、袋網設置までの手順をまとめた。
    4 6 月14 日からの袋網設置の準備作業についてまとめた。
    5 6 月29 日の袋網捕獲の記録をまとめた。カヌー 6 艘、動力船1 艘、地上チーム10 名の体制で捕獲を行った。
    6 捕獲した個体の安楽殺は静脈経由で麻酔薬を投与し、電解質液を注入して心停止させた。
    7 袋網捕獲にあたっての留意点をまとめた。網の設置場所、規格、水上での追い込み等に関して記載した。

    In Okayama City, earthquake education for kindergartners was focused mainly on how to react and evacuate when an earthquake occurs. This study proposes a new earthquake educational system for young children utilizing local resource persons and agencies. It also recommends specific activities to increase awareness that can prevent some of the tragic consequences of earthquake disasters that affect young children. These activities use both play and simulated experience and are undertaken with the participation of their parents. These activities encourage young children's versatility and ability to adapt to situations.
