This paper urges negotiators at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP21) to develop an achievable agreement for the reduction of greenhouse gases that ensures the right of countries to choose nuclear energy in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while meeting their energy and development objectives. This choice should not be prejudiced against in any way by the new UNFCCC protocols, specifically with regards to access to climate funding mechanisms such as Green Climate Funds. “We strongly believe the world must use all available low-carbon energy sources, including nuclear energy, if it is to mitigate the effects of climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions while meeting development goals and not impeding on economic growth.” The Nuclear for Climate campaign, in what we believe was the first ever COP discussion panel on nuclear and climate. The discussion was held inside the Generation Climate public arena, and attended by more than 200 people. Today, hydroelectricity and nuclear make up 90％ of the electricity mix of the country, thus allowing the CO₂ emissions to remain at very low levels. The French nuclear fleet was built over a very short period of time, some 15 years. The replacement of some major components of the various reactors will therefore also take place over a very short period of time, almost at the same time for all reactors. Following the Fukushima accident. safety improvements, will need to be added the safety steps, required in order to extend the lifetime of plants beyond 40 years by “Grand Carénage program”.

　2015年11月30日から，COP21(国連気候変動枠組条約第21回締約国会議)が，フランス・パリで開催され，同年12月12日に世界の気温上昇を2度未満に抑えるための取り組みが合意され，2020年以降，すべての国が協調して温暖化問題に取り組むための仕組みを示した新しい国際条約，パリ協定COP21-Parisが採択された。さらに，2016年11月4日，地球温暖化防止の新たな国際的な枠組み｢パリ協定｣が発効し，11月7日からモロッコで開催されたCOP

　本稿では，中小企業経営者が自社の管理会計実践に対して抱いている認識について検討する。先行研究では，自らは管理会計を実施していないと認識していながらも自社の財務的業績の推移を確認している中小企業経営者が一定数存在していることが明らかにされている（朝原 2010）。本稿ではこれを受けて，飲食企業4 事例のケース・スタディにより，経営者が認識していないにもかかわらず管理会計が実践されている可能性を考察したい。そして，経営者自身が会計プロセスの一部分しか担っていない場合には，経営者が自社において管理会計を実践していることを認識しない場合があることを示す。そのうえで，中小企業における管理会計の実態をより正確に理解するためには，会計情報の生成・ 利用プロセスにとどまらず，企業活動の管理のための情報の生成・利用プロセスというより広範な観点からの調査が必要と考えられることを論じる。
