よくある質問

Q: COUNTERレポートがダウンロードできません。
A: 以下原因が考えられます。
　(1)ダウンロードするジャーナルを指定していない。
　⇒新規登録時はダウンロードするジャーナルが1つも選択されていません。
　　最低1ジャーナルを設定の上、ダウンロードを実行してください。
　　設定は『Report Manager』よりおこなってください。
　(2)統計データの存在しない期間を指定している。
　⇒ダウンロードするレポートの期間は、COUNTERアカウント取得後の期間内で選択してください。

Q: ダウンロードするジャーナルを登録したいのですが、検索しても「○○ search result(s) has/have been found. Search results cannot be displayed because they exceed 100 entries. Please refine your search.」とエラーが出ます。
A: 検索結果が100件を超える場合エラーとなります。お手数ですがジャーナル名を指定する、分野を指定する等をおこない表示が100件以下となるようにしてください。

どんな統計レポートをもらえるの？

J-STAGE登載雑誌*について、お申し込み時に設定頂いた自機関のIPアドレス*2からの利用状況のレポート （毎月のPDFダウンロード数）が翌月末にダウンロードできます。 購読管理などにお役立ちます。 （ダウンロードの準備ができた時点でメールにてお知らせします。

※、「購読機関だけに提供される」ジャーナルについては、アカウントに関してのお問い合わせは当該誌発行機関までお願いいたします。

閲覧機関からのお申し込み（アカウント登録）およびIPアドレス等の変更は、 J-STAGE登載誌のCOUNTERサービス画面にて受け付けます（トップページからリンクされています）。 IPアドレス等の変更についてもJ-STAGE登載誌のCOUNTERサービスログイン画面でログインして更新ください。 原則としてお申し込み頂いた日以降の利用状況を集計し、翌月末に最初の統計をお届けします。 更新された時点で新しいIPアドレスが集計に反映されるようになります。
