Multi Ion Species Plasma FIB

Abstract

A multiple ion species Plasma FIB is now available which provides easy switching between Xe⁺, Ar⁺, O⁺ and N⁺ ions. We introduce plasma ion beam technology and compare it with conventional Ga⁺ FIB.
