A new emergency retrofitting method for disaster-damaged structures is proposed utilizing fiber sheet containing hydraulic polyurethane resin. The simplicity, speed, and safety of this repair system make it feasible as a recovery technology. Compressive and bending tests are conducted on damaged specimens repaired utilizing medical gips applied in different ways. It was found that application is simpler when the sheet edge is not fixed. In addition, there is improved performance when the sheet rolls are applied continuously. [This abstract is not included in the PDF]
