In this article, I describe new trial of the combination of electronic media and paper media. The free-reusable electronic contents service “ Aozora Bunko” and “ SP Code” which is a texture map for auditory presentation of printed texts. Blind and visually impaired people can not get a information from printed matter, so new system which are developed by KOSAIDO are useful for that people using SP Code and reader SPEECHIO. The SPEECHIO captures SP-Code and changes text into voice reading automatically. Aozora Bunko has been made by volunteer based electronic media which have already 10000 titles contents which are fair used contents. Non copyright contents are made from paper media to electronic media. Aozora Bunko’s have plain text format, and SP Code generated by texts are very similar format, then some converting software can easily convert each other.

For machinery industry in JAPAN is facing with the solution for human aging of skilled engineer & worker, and globalization of production factory. This paper provides The Technology Transfer System for various production process applied for machinery industries. The system is consisted from technical document database, Visual document system, and application of Technical Know-How information system. In addition to The Technology Transfer System, Technology navigation system is also introduced as focus of next solution.
