Abstract
This study clarifies the meaning of the development of man's personality by molding activities and the importance and worth of expression which the `Pedagogie Freinet' includes from the arts educational practice by `Pedagogie Freinet' . As the method of consideration, I analysed this practice from the viewpoints of `expression, mutual understanding', and `the meaning of activity process and a work' . Consequently, while the `dialog' by spontaneous molding activities touched off a child's expressive volition at the practice of SENCE, expression drew mutual understanding and the act connected with the world through molding activities existed. Moreover, the act of `work' in the process of manufacture was a process of operating feeling into harmony, and was what checks self-identity. Therefore, an art work is a mirror, which projects its act and is the symbol of self-growth. Practice of SENCE, to which creative expression was produced and the active development of man's personality was ur ged, is the education which FREINET meant most.
